Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Overview: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and implementing various HR functions, ensuring the effective management of the workforce. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive plays a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the HR department&rsquo;s day-to-day activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.</li><li>Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training is completed.</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and assist in workforce planning.</li><li>Employee Relations:</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure employee satisfaction.</li><li>Promote positive employee relations and foster a supportive work culture.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Support the performance management process, including conducting performance appraisals and assisting in setting performance goals.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to managers in handling employee performance issues and development plans.</li><li>Monitor employee performance and offer advice on improvement strategies.</li><li>Training and Development:</li><li>Assist in identifying training needs for employees and organizing training programs.</li><li>Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars.</li><li>Ensure the continuous development of employees to enhance skills and competencies.</li><li>Compensation and Benefits:</li><li>Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, etc.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of salary structures, bonuses, and other benefits.</li><li>Monitor employee attendance and manage leave policies.</li><li>HR Compliance:</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding employee rights, wages, and safety regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality.</li><li>Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.</li><li>HR Administration:</li><li>Maintain employee files and HR documentation, including contracts, performance reviews, and training records.</li><li>Prepare and manage HR reports for management, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment status.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Employee Engagement:</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.</li><li>Help create a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.</li><li>Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and employee relations.</li><li>Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>Certifications (Optional):</li><li>HR-related certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or other recognized HR certifications are a plus.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>The HR Executive role is typically based in an office setting, although some flexibility may be available for remote work, depending on the company's policies.</li><li>May require occasional interaction with different teams and departments for collaboration.</li><li>Handling sensitive employee issues with care and professionalism is critical.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,518.97 - &#8377;34,285.24 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
