This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in a lively, supportive environment.Duties<ul><li>Deliver professional skincare treatments including an array of facials, full body waxing, and eyelash extensions to meet client needs.</li><li>Perform detailed nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.</li><li>Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades spray tanning applications and nail designs that complement clients&rsquo; features.</li><li>Conduct nail, waxing, lash, tanning and facial services to enhance clients&rsquo; overall look.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and retail options while upselling additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations consistently.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends in esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, and advanced skin care techniques to provide innovative solutions.</li><li>Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with a focus on skincare treatments such as dermabrasion or laser therapy preferred.</li><li>Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail art, and pedicures with attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of hair styling techniques including extensions, threading, and barbering is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with retail sales concepts like retail math and upselling strategies to boost product sales effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills to educate clients about services and products clearly and confidently.</li><li>Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in lash extensions or body waxing are advantageous.
