With over 200 employees in 11 states and 27 store locations, we have grown into one of the largest independent professional distributors in the country. We are proud to have a diverse portfolio of 50+ brands that encompass best and brightest beauty brands. Additionally, we offer education, business consulting and other forms of support for today&rsquo;s licensed beauty professional.What You&rsquo;ll Do:We are currently seeking Sales Consultants to join us in providing an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services PRO internal and external customers. Your primary objectives will be to:<ul><li>Maintain existing relationships with our clients, managing their region and accounts as assigned, for a goal of 100% retention.</li><li>Provide consistent and high-level customer service with the ability to rectify any customer complaints with a goal of 0 customer complaints.</li><li>Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive sales strategies to build salon business in a minimum of your top 10 accounts.</li><li>Prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.</li><li>Meet assigned KPIs on a regular basis.</li><li>Manage and attend regular calendar appointments with existing clients, and prospects.</li><li>Maintain current product knowledge, market knowledge, knowledge of competition, and current trends.</li><li>Meet strict deadlines and timelines for client responses, administrative duties, social media posts, and all other duties.</li><li>Manage social media accounts, making regular posts, driving engagement and interaction, in accordance with our social media policy and guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate, support, and attend company and brand partner events on a regular basis.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>A full list of performance expectations is available upon request.</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Highly developed sense of responsibility</li><li>Proven record of 1+ years of success in sales</li><li>Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial</li><li>High Social Media Acumen</li><li>Being customer service-oriented</li><li>Proficiency with conflict resolution</li><li>Moderate to Proficient with the Use of Numbers</li><li>High Proficiency with the use of computers and software systems</li><li>Proficient Verbal and Written Communication</li><li>Daily travel to client locations</li><li>Stand and/or sit continuously</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li></ul>What We Are Offering:<ul><li>Unlimited commission potential, based on a percentage of total monthly sales</li><li>Bonus and incentive opportunities based on specific performance targets</li><li>Time Off Package including sick, vacation, and holidays</li><li>Full Medical Benefits Package, including Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and More!</li><li>401k Matching Up to 4% of Employee Contribution After 1 Year of Employment</li><li>Professional Development Opportunities to include educational events, tuition &amp; certification fee assistance opportunities, and more!</li><li>Employee Recognition Awards &amp; Rewards</li></ul>We believe that mental health is health, and every person should be considered in the discussion.
