What You Will Do:</h2><ul><li>

Recipe Adherence: Follow existing recipes and presentation specifications, as well as contribute to the development of new creations, maintaining the unique dining experience our guests expect.</li><li>
Kitchen Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and food preparation standards.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management, ensuring supplies are well-stocked and fresh, and help minimize waste.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and the dining room team to ensure seamless preparation and delivery of food, enhancing the overall dining experience.</li><li>
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Participate in training opportunities to enhance culinary skills and stay current with food trends and safety regulations.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Will Need:</h2><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a hotel or a high-end restaurant.</li><li>
Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.</li><li>
A creative flair for food preparation and presentation, with a willingness to explore new culinary techniques and flavors.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple food orders accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring a collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen.</li><li>
Available to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, in line with hospitality industry demands.</li></ul>

What you will do:<ul><li>
Food Delivery: Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.</li><li>
Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any needs or questions they may have and reporting feedback to management.</li><li>
Table Maintenance: Assist with the setup and cleanup of dining areas, including restocking supplies, clearing tables, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.</li><li>
Quality Control: Inspect food items before delivery to ensure quality, presentation, and accuracy of orders.</li><li>
Order Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate the flow of orders, ensuring that each dish reaches the correct table promptly.</li><li>
Support Staff: Provide support to servers and other dining staff by assisting with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth and efficient dining service.</li><li>
Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all food service areas.</li></ul>
What you will need:<ul><li>
Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role preferred.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.</li><li>
Physical stamina with the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.</li><li>
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>
Food Handler's certification is a plus.</li><li>
Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.</li></ul>
