Day in the Life &hellip; This Territory Manager role is responsible for the overall commercial execution and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke&trade; therapy across the assigned territory: 
 
 
<ul><li>Managing the sales geography
</li><li>Oversee clinician training activities, sales tactics, and market development strategies.
</li><li>Leads the identification of business opportunities, ensures the effective utilization and penetration of Evoke&trade; systems to ensure revenue commitments.
</li><li>Expands relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
</li><li>Drive the overall growth agenda, go-to-market plans, and execute core messaging.
</li>Facilitates the collection and dissemination of competitive intel; conducts real-world market research to gather design input, market trends, competitive activity, customer perspectives, etc. to help Saluda titrate marketing messages, product development theses, etc.

</li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>3+ years of relevant business experience, minimum 3 years prior medical device sales required.
</li><li>Documented sales success
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or 5+ years previous programmable implantable device sales experience
</li><li>3+ years previous device experience within operating room and strong prior patient follow-up interaction
</li>Ability to travel up to 50% of the time &ndash; including overnights.

 Day in the Life &hellip; This Regional Director role is responsible for the overall commercial strategy, execution, and clinical performance of Saluda's Evoke&trade; therapy across assigned geography:
 
 
 
 How you&rsquo;ll lead:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop strategy alongside U.S. and Global Sales leadership for overall global revenue planning &amp; achievement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee high achieving teams with success across entire region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design territory and pricing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with field sales representatives by hiring, training, planning, coaching, and directing their efforts in the achievement of annual sales goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assure selling and account management proficiency of sales teams by properly following up on planned sales and development objectives to achieve personal, regional, and corporate goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coaching to grow and develop sales reps, develop action plans to help improve performance where needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with Marketing to collect and analyze market data and trends and provide input into the competitive environment and emerging threats and opportunities that affect the business.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive new product sales, act as a field resource to the Marketing Department during product development, new product introductions and evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interact and partner with Commercial Operations for local, regional or national contracts to increase sales opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend pricing strategies and advise sales representatives of pricing guidelines while maintaining corporately mandated margins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend required national trade shows; attend and staff local trade shows within the region as deemed appropriate. Coordinate as necessary with the Marketing Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Selectively maintain relationships with KOLs and key facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Promotes execution of existing educational programs within the region and evaluates effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with clinical members of the VAC and other clinical decision-makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and monitor regional sales expense budget. Maintain an ongoing assessment of expense-to-budget performance.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, w/ minimum of five (5) years of medical device sales experience and minimum three (3) years medical device sales leadership experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Medical device startup experience with documented success
 </li>
 <li>
 SCS, Pain Management, Ortho, Spine or O.R. market expertise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits.
 </li>
 <li>
 This position requires over 60% travel.
 </li>
