Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreperson with HVAC qualifications to lead a team of multi-skilled operators in a data center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance, while ensuring all facility-related operations are conducted efficiently and safely. This role requires strong technical HVAC expertise, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in communication and computer-based systems to support data-driven maintenance planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC System Oversight and Leadership:<ul><li>
Lead and supervise daily HVAC-related maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety, and quality standards.</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring proper techniques and safety practices are followed.</li><li>
Monitor HVAC performance and lead troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with team members to resolve complex issues.</li><li>
Coordinate seasonal HVAC operations such as winterization and peak cooling preparations.</li><li>
Ensure system efficiency through performance testing and routine system evaluations.</li></ul>
Team Management and Communication:<ul><li>
Act as the primary point of contact between the field team and client or project leadership.</li><li>
Delegate and monitor work orders, track completion, and ensure proper documentation of maintenance tasks.</li><li>
Lead daily briefings and communicate ongoing or emergent HVAC issues to stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide input for performance reviews and training plans for technicians.</li><li>
Foster a collaborative environment that supports safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
Computer and Reporting Skills:<ul><li>
Utilize computer-based systems (Maximo, CMMS, Microsoft Office, etc.) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance logs, and HVAC performance data.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HVAC operations, asset history, and inventory.</li><li>
Create and submit weekly progress reports to site management, including recommendations for system improvements.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Use digital tools for vendor coordination, procurement tracking, and compliance documentation.</li></ul>
Emergency HVAC Support and On-Call Duties:<ul><li>
Serve as a point of escalation for HVAC emergencies, providing leadership during after-hours or critical events.</li><li>
Coordinate emergency response actions and communicate status updates in real-time with site management.</li><li>
Ensure team readiness for on-call rotations and critical facility scenarios.</li></ul>
General Facility Maintenance Support:<ul><li>
Perform and oversee minor electrical and plumbing work related to HVAC systems.</li><li>
Conduct facility walkthroughs, ensuring the workspace is clean, organized, and safe.</li><li>
Support broader site maintenance projects as needed, collaborating across trades.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Experience in data centers or critical infrastructure preferred.</li><li>
HVAC Certification: Valid HVAC licensure or certification is required. Additional electrical, plumbing, or mechanical certifications are a plus.</li><li>
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management experience in a skilled trade environment.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge in HVAC diagnostics, repair, and preventive care with attention to energy efficiency.</li><li>
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and engage with clients, vendors, and leadership effectively.</li><li>
Computer Skills: Proficient in using CMMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to interpret digital HVAC system controls and reports.</li><li>
Problem-Solving: Strong ability to assess and resolve complex HVAC and facility issues quickly.</li><li>

Critical Facilities Technician (Level 1):
The Critical Facilities Technician provides comprehensive data center white space support for IT infrastructure, which may include monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and day-to-day maintenance &ndash; all of this being site-dependent and as per the service level agreements with our clients. Critical Facilities Technicians are also responsible for site rounds and using event monitoring and management systems to provide notifications and escalations to stakeholders during service outages.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems.</li><li>
Complete planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance work assignments requiring the skill and direction of several engineering, mechanical, and maintenance trades.</li><li>
Conduct periodic inspections of building systems, i.e., HVAC, electrical distribution, maintain mechanical equipment rooms to ensure clean and safe conditions.</li><li>
Rapid response, investigation, and management of indoor emergency situations and air quality complaints</li><li>
Have a complete working knowledge of creating, closing, and tracking &quot;work requests&quot; (WR). Initiate or respond to work orders, follow-up and verify completion of work.</li><li>
Monitor performance/note deficiencies of service contractors and recommend changes as necessary</li><li>
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.</li><li>
Supports the delivery of data center services including colocation, telecommunications services, and deployment of additional services to customers and internal business systems.</li><li>
Acts as an operational contact for data center customers, vendors, and carriers as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services.</li><li>
Carries out tasks under the direction of the Network/Engineering Infrastructure Manager and IT Manager necessary to support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.</li><li>
Conducts activities inside IT and telecommunications rooms or cabinets such as the installation of IT and network hardware, making or running patch cables, and verifying or testing cable paths.</li><li>
Coordinates and oversees access to and work within the facility with third-party contractors, vendors, and carriers related to structured cabling installation, circuit delivery and equipment installations in IT and telecommunications rooms and customer space.</li><li>
Supports offsite points-of-presence at remote locations and aids in operations, administration, and maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and tasks related to the delivery and support of network services.</li></ul>
 Qualifications:<ul><li>
A minimum of 0-2 years of directly related experience in the operation, installation, and maintenance of data center critical equipment, building systems with in-depth technical understanding and knowledge of all HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and control systems.</li><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two+ years&rsquo; experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including Feeders, Transformers, Generators, Switchgear, UPS systems, ATS/STS units, PDU/PMM units, Chillers, Air handling units, and CRAC units.</li><li>
Good observation skills and problem-solving ability.</li></ul>

 Critical Facilities Technician (Level 2):
The Critical Facilities Technician is responsible, as part of a team, for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. The Critical Facilities Technician primarily interacts with team leads, clients, and vendors. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, emergency diesel generators, electrical switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems, and a basic understanding of this equipment would be preferred.

Position Summary
The Contract Administrator is responsible for leading contract redlines, final papering, and execution readiness for MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related commercial documents. Reporting to the SVP, Commercial Management, this role works closely with Commercial Managers, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contract language reflects approved positions, material risks are escalated appropriately, and documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for signature. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple document tracks while maintaining alignment to approved terms, compliance requirements, and execution controls. 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li><div><ul><li>
Draft, review, and redline contract documents including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and related commercial agreements.</li><li>
Lead final papering activities to ensure negotiated terms are accurately reflected and internally approved before execution.</li><li>
Coordinate material risk positions with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Compliance, and business leadership as required.</li><li>
Confirm alignment to approved fallback language, signatory authority requirements, and company contracting standards.</li><li>
Manage document version control, execution packages, and signature readiness across multiple concurrent transactions.</li><li>

Security Shift Supervisor:</div>
Data Center (Construction) Security Shift Supervisor conduct unarmed Patrols (interior and/or exterior), control facility access and egress, monitor closed circuit televisions and alarm systems, compose reports, deter criminal activity, and misconduct, and perform other duties as specified by the client. The Security Shift Security is trained to work on all posts at the assigned site location and is available to work all shifts and oversee the security officers of those posts. Data Center Security Shift Supervisor facilitates a pleasant experience for our client and their customers through interactions. Customer Service is primary.<div>

Maintain awareness of surroundings to promote physical security and safety; watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards</li><li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits Disclosure</div><div>
The base salary range for this role is $21.00 per hour. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location. Our comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA), gym discount, mental health, Discounted Group Life &amp; AD&amp;D, Discounted Group Short &amp; Long-term Disability, 401(k) retirement matching, PTO/paid holidays, and parental leave.
