We&rsquo;re looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer who can ensure our web application stays stable, reliable, and user-friendly. You&rsquo;ll work closely with developers and product/design to test new features, catch issues early, and help improve overall quality through clear processes and best practices.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, and releases (web + responsive).</li><li>Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans based on requirements.</li><li>Execute regression testing before deployments and ensure key flows are stable.</li><li>Report bugs with clear steps, expected vs actual results, screenshots/videos, and severity.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.</li><li>Support API testing using tools like Postman (basic to intermediate).</li><li>Ensure quality in common areas like:</li><li>Authentication &amp; roles</li><li>Forms and validations</li><li>UI/UX consistency and responsiveness</li><li>Cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)</li><li>Help improve QA best practices (test documentation, release checklist, risk-based testing).</li><li>Optional (Nice to have): Write or assist with basic automation scripts for repetitive test flows.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1.5-2 years of QA experience (or strong equivalent experience/projects).</li><li>Strong understanding of QA fundamentals:</li><li>Test planning, test case design, regression testing, exploratory testing</li><li>Bug lifecycle and defect reporting</li><li>Familiar with best practices:</li><li>Risk-based testing</li><li>Smoke vs regression testing</li><li>Clear documentation and test coverage mindset</li><li>Experience with bug tracking tools like ClickUp .</li><li>Comfortable doing basic API testing (GET/POST, headers, status codes, payload validation).</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.</li></ul>Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)<ul><li>Basic automation exposure (Cypress / Playwright / Selenium).</li><li>Basic SQL knowledge to validate data in the database.</li><li>Experience testing Laravel / Node / React apps.</li><li>Understanding of CI/CD testing flow (just awareness is enough).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
