Since this is a front-end role, a sharp eye for detail, precision, and design consistency is absolutely essential. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for turning design concepts into responsive, high-performance web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, test, and maintain front-end applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.</li><li>Translate design files into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components.</li><li>Ensure design accuracy, spacing, typography, and alignment match UI/UX specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences.</li><li>Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues with precision.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering pixel-perfect, visually consistent interfaces.</li><li>Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end practices.</li><li>Experience integrating APIs (REST/GraphQL).</li><li>Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.</li><li>Excellent understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul>Preferred (Nice to Have):<ul><li>Experience with TypeScript.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with Vercel/Netlify deployment workflows.</li><li>Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO optimization.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li><li>Flexible working hours (remote/hybrid options may be available).</li><li>Chance to work on high-visibility projects.</li><li>A creative, detail-driven team environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and learning.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 60 monthsPay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
