<ul><li>Acquire new B2B/B2C clients in logistics, e-commerce, courier, express delivery, and supply chain solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key escalation point for regional accounts.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/BD Managers to ensure target achievement.</li><li>Identify market opportunities through competitor mapping (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, etc.) and implement winning strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with operations team and customized logistics solutions (first-mile, last-mile, express, warehousing, reverse logistics).</li><li>Monitor sales pipeline, closures, client retention, and revenue growth at the zonal level.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
