We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Healthcare) to drive the hospital&rsquo;s growth through strategic marketing and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in field interactions, and a strong understanding of healthcare marketing dynamics.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations.</li><li>Conduct field visits to promote hospital services and specialty departments.</li><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities for the hospital.</li><li>Plan and execute community outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups.</li><li>Achieve monthly targets related to patient referrals and service promotion.</li><li>Submit regular reports on marketing activities and business development outcomes.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or pharmaceutical sales preferred.</li><li>Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.</li><li>Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong relationship management and networking abilities.</li><li>Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven personality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>
