URGENT HIRING: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Industry: Book Distribution Role: Entry-Level (Immediate Start) We are seeking a sharp, organized, and hardworking lady to join our team. As a book distributor, we require someone with excellent reading comprehension and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Managing Snoonu and delivery platforms (preparing and dispatching book orders). Customer Service: Managing inquiries and taking orders professionally via WhatsApp. Data Entry: Accurately entering book titles, sales orders, and inventory into the system. Office Support: Assisting the Admin Assistant with MS Office tasks and general office chores. Candidate Requirements: Education: High School Graduate or above. English Literacy: Must have excellent reading and writing skills (essential for handling book titles/authors). Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel &amp; Word) is required. Visa Status: Must have a TRANSFERABLE VISA. Availability: Must be ready to start immediately. Salary &amp; Terms: Monthly Salary: QAR 2,500 (Full Package - Starting Salary).
