We are seeking an experienced and licensed Architect/Architectural Designer with a strong background in Interior Design to manage projects from initial concept through final construction and furnishing. This is a critical dual role requiring expertise in structural integrity, building codes, detailed construction drawings, and high-level interior aesthetic execution.The successful candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work, including:Architectural Design &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Developing and presenting conceptual designs, external facades, and site plans for new construction and major renovations.</li><li>Preparing Construction Documents (CDs), including architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings, suitable for permitting and construction.</li><li>Ensuring all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Working with engineering consultants (structural, civil, mechanical) and managing the permitting process.</li><li>Conducting site visits and construction administration to ensure the build aligns with the design specifications.</li></ul>Interior Design &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Creating detailed interior space plans and functional layouts for efficient use of space.</li><li>Designing and detailing non-load-bearing architectural elements like custom millwork, cabinetry, and interior staircases.</li><li>Selecting and specifying all interior materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and equipment (FF&amp;E).</li><li>Developing aesthetic concepts, mood boards, and detailed 3D renderings for client presentation.</li><li>Managing vendor and contractor coordination for timely and accurate installation of interior elements.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in an architectural or dual-role architectural/interior design firm.</li><li>Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or a combination of an Interior Architecture/Design degree with deep technical/architectural experience.</li><li>Licensure: [State/Country] Architectural License or Registration is required OR a clear path toward obtaining licensure is expected.</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD is mandatory. Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino) and Adobe Creative Suite is required.</li><li>Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Type I-V construction and the ability to interpret and apply local building and accessibility codes.</li><li>Soft Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills, with proven ability to manage client expectations and lead consultant teams.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
