 Job overview:
 
 
 
 As an Application Specialist, you will take responsibility for application services to lead the successful delivery of healthcare solutions to company&rsquo;s clients in both government and private sectors.
 
 
 Utilizing your experience and knowledge in the healthcare IT industry and healthcare solution projects, you will be involved in the application aspect of the project, including gathering and validating requirements, performing workflow analysis activities, documentation and related activities.
 
 
 In addition, you will be responsible for application installation, configuration, and customization, quality checks, training end users, go-live planning and operation support, and post-launch support including resolving support tickets
 
 
 As well as, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge, collaborate with vendors and maintain through documentation.
 
 
 
 Qualification and Experience required:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Radiology, Health Informatics, or a related medical field.
 
 
 A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a similar position within the Healthcare IT industry, healthcare solution projects, implementation and application support.
 
 
 
 Skills and Competencies required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experienced in database systems (SQL, Oracle) and tools such as (PL/SQL Developer), HL7 Integration, DICOM configuration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the health information &amp; IT aspects of healthcare sector overall (Radiology Information systems (RIS), Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), Laboratory information system (LIS), Hospital Information System (HIS), Dose management System (DMS).)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills, including (communication, problem-solving, multitasking, disciplined. training skills).
 </li>
 <li>
 Client-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to travel according to business requirements.

 As an IT System Specialist, you will take responsibility for the technical services to lead the successful delivery of healthcare solutions to company&rsquo;s clients in both government and private sectors.
 
 
 Utilizing your experience and knowledge in software solutions implementation and support, you will be involved in the system architecture aspect of the project, including designing and validating based on the client need, evaluating and validating hardware BOMs, software licenses, and network solutions, and related activities.
 
 
 In addition, you will lead the system installation, configuration, testing, quality check, training end users, and go-live planning and In addition supervise system performance, analyse system logs, and optimize system resources to ensure high availability and performance
 
 
 As well as, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge, collaborate with vendors and maintain through documentation.
 
 
 
 Qualification and Experience required:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. holding CCNA, MSSA, ITIL, PMP, or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
 
 
 A minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in a software solutions implementation and support, preferably in the Healthcare IT industry or relevant IT field.
 
 
 
 Skills and Competencies required:

 Experienced in backend hardware installations and configuration management (Servers, MS Server OS, VMware / Hyper-V, storage configuration, platforms technologies (RAID, SAN, NAS) and networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in database systems (SQL, Oracle) and tools such as (PL/SQL Developer), HL7 Integration, , DICOM configuration, Data Migration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the health information &amp; IT aspects of healthcare sector overall (Radiology Information systems (RIS), Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS), Laboratory information system (LIS), Hospital Information System (HIS), Dose management System (DMS).)
 </li>
