How You&rsquo;ll Make a Difference
As a Business Reporting Analyst, you&rsquo;ll help turn data into clarity. You&rsquo;ll partner with leaders across the business to understand what they need&mdash;even when it&rsquo;s not fully defined&mdash;and translate it into meaningful, reliable reporting. Your work will help teams see what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and where to go next.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Build and maintain Power BI and SQL-based reports and dashboards that drive better decisions and improve day-to-day operations</li><li>
Work closely with business leaders to gather requirements, ask the right questions, and turn ideas into clear, actionable insights</li><li>
Analyze and validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand</li><li>
Continuously improve reporting tools and processes to support efficiency, growth, and long-term business goals</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
Experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting tools (SSRS or similar), along with a strong understanding of data structures and ETL concepts</li><li>
Ability to interpret data and tell a clear story that helps leaders make informed decisions</li><li>
Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and leadership</li><li>
A self-starter mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to teamwork</li></ul>

This position is based in Dallas but will have the flexibility to work from a virtual home office. You will need to be available to attend in-person meetings as needed.
