Job Title : Machine Assembly &amp; Maintenance EngineerExperience Required : 2 &ndash; 4 Years Work Location : Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai Industry : SPM Machine ManufacturingRole OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Machine Assembly &amp; Maintenance Engineer with solid experience in assembling SPM machinery and performing on-site machine maintenance. The ideal candidate must understand mechanical drawings, perform precision drilling/tapping, and ensure complete machine build quality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Read and interpret machine assembly drawings / mechanical diagrams correctly</li><li>Perform machine assembly using provided materials and components</li><li>Execute mechanical drilling, tapping, fitting and alignment works</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification of machines</li><li>Perform site visits for installation, maintenance and service support when required</li><li>Coordinate with design and production teams during build and testing stages</li><li>Ensure assembly accuracy, safety standards and timeline compliance</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Hands-on experience in SPM machine assembly (mandatory)</li><li>Basic understanding of SPM machine concepts &amp; functions</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge (fitting, pneumatic/hydraulic understanding is a plus)</li><li>Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings / engineering diagrams</li><li>Knowledge in drilling, tapping and finishing operations</li><li>Ability to handle customer site visits for maintenance/support</li><li>Good problem-solving, discipline, and team coordination skills</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related discipline</li><li>2 to 4 years of relevant experience in SPM / Machine Assembly field</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Working Days : 6 Days / Week</li><li>Timings : 9:30 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Benefits : Attendance Incentive provided per monthly</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested and eligible candidates can share their resume at Email : arunhr.sammstech@gmail.com Contact : 7395997274Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;19,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
