We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, digital ads, print materials, packaging, presentations, and more.</li><li>Translate brand strategy into compelling visual executions that drive engagement and consistency.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.</li><li>Create and maintain brand assets such as style guides, templates, logos, and graphic elements.</li><li>Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design styles.</li><li>Excellent visual, typographic, and conceptual skills.</li><li>Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively or independently.</li><li>Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
