We pride ourselves on our high standards of quality and cleanliness, and we are looking for a Lead Barista to join our passionate team.As the Lead Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding beverage quality while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to perfecting recipes will ensure that every cup served meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages following standardized recipes while consistently achieving quality and taste.Recipe Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop, refine, and update beverage recipes as needed.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all products and ensure that all beverages are made to perfection, adhering to portion sizes and presentation standards.Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment for both staff and customers.Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and oversee junior baristas, providing guidance on proper techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive caf&eacute; experience.Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory by tracking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.Requirements:<ul><li>Food and Beverage Experience</li><li>Barista Experience min 1 year</li><li>Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.</li><li>Exceptional listening and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, late afternoons, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Excellent customer service and a polite and engaging personality.</li><li>Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.</li></ul>This position is a base Hourly Pay + tips and base will be dependent on experience level.
