About the role:

Samsara is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Frontline Experience &amp; Recognition to own the go-to-market strategy and drive adoption for the application experience used by frontline workers. These are the drivers, mechanics, construction workers, and delivery people that make our economy run.

This is a unique role that blends the power of Samsara's world-class enterprise solution with the day-to-day reality of the frontline workers who use the technology. Every day, legions of drivers, managers, and other critical employees use Samsara as the core of their daily workflows. You will be responsible for building the strategy and narrative for engaging with these users, driving continuous adoption and retention, and packaging the full solution for our GTM teams.

Successful candidates will have experience with apps and products where the buyer and end-user are on distinct journeys. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller and a well-rounded go-to-market thinker who can blend deep customer empathy with technical depth and flawless execution. Experience in end-user loyalty and user engagement is a strong plus.

This is a high-impact, dynamic position on a mission-driven team. You will be a key player in a fast-moving part of the business with regular exposure to senior leadership, and you will thrive in an environment that values proactive ownership over a predictable, step-by-step day.

In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end product launch plans for the end user experience.</li>
<li>Fuel Product Adoption and Loyalty: Design and run programs focused on driving the adoption and continuous engagement of recently launched products within our customer base.</li>
<li>Empower Our Sales Team: Create and deliver high-impact sales enablement materials, including training, battlecards, competitor insights, and core messaging to help our sales team win.</li>
<li>Create &amp; Shape Content: Collaborate with marketing, comms, and video teams to create and vet compelling, customer-facing content that communicates our product value.</li>
<li>Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage regularly with customers through beta programs, feedback sessions, and events to build advocacy and gather insights.</li>
<li>Influence the Roadmap: Partner closely with Product Management to provide feedback from the field and influence the future direction of our safety products.</li>
<li>Measure What Matters: Analyze performance dashboards to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics, reporting on progress to leadership.</li>

Minimum requirements for the role:
<ul>
<li>5+ years in Product Marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS, Logistics, or Management Consulting experience.</li>
<li>Demonstrate experience in working with or marketing to end users in a technology or logistics company (e.g. working in driver engagement at a rideshare company or pilots at an airline)</li>
<li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of distinct profiles and messaging as a function of the customer journey.</li>
<li>Practice a mission-critical, commercial mindset with deep empathy for B2B sales channels and experience helping them win deals.</li>
<li>Act as a proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership to drive complex problems to a solution.</li>
<li>Have executive presence and polished communication skills, with the credibility to &quot;command a room&quot; and present to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Excel at customer-centric storytelling, translating technical features into clear value, and eagerly engaging directly with customers.</li>
<li>Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.</li>

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and impact-driven Senior Customer Marketing Manager - Strategic Advocacy to build and scale Samsara's customer advocacy efforts through two distinct programs: our Strategic Partnership Program and our Speaker Program. This role is pivotal in cultivating deep relationships with our most influential customers, expanding our advocate network, and amplifying customer voices through compelling storytelling. You will be responsible for developing tailored co-marketing partnerships, recruiting and elevating high-impact speakers, and ensuring that customer advocacy fuels Samsara's go-to-market strategy by delivering powerful customer stories across key initiatives, campaigns, events, and high-visibility content.

Identify and secure partnerships with key accounts, focusing on high-ACV customers in priority industries with multi-product adoption.</li>
<li>Scale the Customer Speaker Program: Build and maintain a repository of engaged customer advocates who are strong speakers. Develop a structured recruitment and enablement strategy, ensuring customers are well-prepared to represent Samsara in events, webinars, podcasts, and executive briefings.</li>
<li>Fuel go-to-market initiatives with customer advocacy: Align advocacy efforts with GTM priorities by integrating top customer stories into high-impact campaigns, product launches, and events. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to leverage advocacy in driving awareness, pipeline, and deal progression.</li>
<li>Deepen customer relationships to drive retention and expansion: Engage top advocates through exclusive sponsorships, events, and storytelling opportunities that showcase their successes while strengthening their connection to Samsara.</li>
<li>Support Samsara's flagship customer conference and key events: Drive customer storytelling, speaker recruitment, and engagement for Samsara's annual user conference and other marquee events. Build relationships with customer speakers, provide coaching, and oversee content capture to maximize post-event advocacy impact.</li>
<li>Optimize and scale internal processes: Mature internal workflows, tools, and automation to streamline speaker sourcing, tracking, and fulfillment. Partner with Customer Marketing Ops to enhance operational efficiency and enable seamless self-service for GTM teams.</li>
<li>Measure and optimize program impact: Track key advocacy metrics, analyze engagement data, and leverage AI-driven workflows to optimize program efficiencies. Gather internal and external feedback to continuously improve the advocate experience and business impact.</li>
<li>Partner with the Content and Brand teams to create high-impact customer content, including case studies, blog posts, and video testimonials, managing all aspects of the customer engagement&mdash;from initial relationship building to final production, including onsite engagement for video shoots.</li>

Minimum requirements for the role:

<li>8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, and/or marketing program management in a B2B SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Proven ability to own strategy and execution end-to-end, building and scaling customer advocacy programs that drive measurable business impact and fuel GTM initiatives.</li>
<li>Highly effective at relationship building, with a knack for developing authentic customer relationships, driving engagement, and managing all aspects of the customer experience, including onsite and video-related engagements.</li>
<li>Exceptional storytelling skills&mdash;you are a business-savvy storyteller who can craft compelling, human-centered narratives with strong data-driven insights and no fluff.</li>
<li>Highly organized and execution-focused, with outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives with high quality and on deadline.</li>
<li>Self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment</li>
<li>Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to influence and partner effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.</li>
