</p><ul><li>Manage &amp; Develop Business in existing retail doors
</li><li>Identify right market / catchment for retail expansion and sign new stores .
</li><li>Managing existing franchisee partners &amp; identify suitable new franchisee partners for expansion.
</li><li>Develop and manage the right product mix for their respective doors. Make recommendations based on monthly forecast and customer demand.
</li><li>Inventory planning to ensure the availability of right stocks on floor &amp; in branch Depos.
</li><li>Manage store operational &amp; Ensure VM guidelines are adhered to at the stores.
</li><li>To ensure effective deployment of staff at the doors within cost parameters. Train front end sales staff.
</li><li>Facilitate and coordinate for internal training of the front-end sales staff.
</li><li>Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales for various sales doors.
</li><li>Competition analysis and feedback to the marketing team on a regular basis.
</li>Ensure all Retail guidelines such as SOP&rsquo;s, Store Hygiene, VM Checklist &amp; standards, Team briefing &amp; target activity review during store visits.<br>

</p><ul><li>Assist HR in the on-boarding activities and full &amp; final clearance of the front-end staff.
</li><li>Maintain and regularize monthly attendance of the front-end staff within stipulated time.

</li><li>Identify new distributors for business enhancement and continue generating sales through existing distributor.
</li><li>Inventory planning to ensure the availability of right stocks within the parameters specified.
</li><li>Maintain healthy stock at the store.
</li><li>Maintain &amp; develop relations with trade associates.
</li><li>Ability to manage the relevant business of the assigned territory through a distributor or a set of distributors.
</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the territory to be handled in terms of existing markets, upcoming markets and untapped markets
</li><li>Ability to judge /manage the critical activity in the distribution set up in terms of backend infrastructure like finance, stocking, logistics, service and training as well as frontend infrastructures like manpower, market coverage, supplies, competitor activities, schemes and promotion management, market os and slow-moving inventories
