Position Title: Odoo ERP Technical &amp; Functional SpecialistDepartment: IT / ERP ImplementationReports To: Management / ERP Project LeadJob Purpose:We are looking to hire an in-house Odoo ERP Technical &amp; Functional Specialist who will be responsible for implementing, customizing, supporting, and continuously improving the company&rsquo;s Odoo ERP system. This is a permanent employee role, focused on long-term system stability, business alignment, and internal user support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the internal owner of the Odoo ERP system.</li></ul><ul><li>Support end-to-end implementation and rollout of Odoo ERP.</li></ul><ul><li>Configure and customize Odoo modules including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchase.</li></ul><ul><li>Understand business processes and translate them into Odoo configurations and technical requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo framework.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide day-to-day ERP support to internal users.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare user manuals and conduct training sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with external Odoo developers, vendors, and consultants when required.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>4&ndash;7 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.</li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of Odoo architecture and module customization.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or trading companies is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of accounting, inventory, and business workflows.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Profile:<ul><li>Age range: 30&ndash;35 years.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on, solution-oriented approach.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working as an in-house ERP or IT resource is an advantage.</li></ul>Location: UAEEmployment Type: Full-time (Permanent Employee)Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
