Job Description 
<ul><li>
Identify MC (Mission Critical) project objectives, establish deliverables, and outline the scope of the project to ensure alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>
Develop detailed project roadmaps, set timelines, and define milestones to guide the project from initiation to completion.</li><li>
Execute MC (Mission Critical) project milestones, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.</li><li>
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations for MC (Mission Critical) project and handle communication with customer and all stakeholders.</li><li>
Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.</li><li>
Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.</li><li>
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Address roadblocks, adapt strategies, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.</li><li>
Maintain detailed records of project activities, budgets, and decisions, and prepare reports for stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure that all deliverables meet predefined quality standards and align with project objectives.</li><li>
Negotiate deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.</li><li>
Act as the primary liaison between the team and clients, ensuring feedback and requirements are effectively communicated.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Project Management working with large-scale governmental projects.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>
Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage.</li></ul></div>
