Job Description 
<ul><li>
Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.</li><li>
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to deeply understand workforce plans and talent needs.</li><li>
Develop innovative sourcing strategies (online platforms, headhunting, talent mapping, employee referrals).</li><li>
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical roles to support future hiring needs.</li><li>
Ensure high-quality candidate experience by managing communication, feedback, and process timelines.</li><li>
Leverage data and analytics to measure recruitment performance, improve processes, and provide insights to leadership.</li><li>
Support employer branding initiatives by engaging in university partnerships, career fairs, and digital presence.</li><li>
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners while ensuring alignment with Samsung&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>
Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
5&ndash;8 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in a blue-chip company or fast-paced multinational.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or MBA is a significant plus).</li><li>
Professional Certification: CIPD (Level 5 or 7), SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent recruitment certifications are highly preferred.</li><li>
Language: Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English) is mandatory, with excellent professional writing and presentation skills in both.</li><li>
Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting).</li></ul>
Essential Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Strong background in sourcing, candidate assessment, and talent pipeline development.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining high attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence and build trust with hiring managers.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of digital recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.</li><li>
A proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.</li><li>

Job Description 
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:<ul><li>
Oversee and manage a team of 90+ agents across multiple channels (voice, non-voice, and digital channels, TeleSales)</li><li>
Conduct regular training sessions to improve agent performance</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback</li></ul> 
Customer Service Oversight:<ul><li>
Ensure high-quality customer service by setting standards and monitoring interactions across inbound and outbound channels</li><li>
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution</li></ul> 
Operational Efficiency:<ul><li>
Develop and implement call center processes and procedures for voice, non-voice, and digital channels</li><li>
Optimize call routing, response times, and overall operational efficiency for both inbound and outbound operations</li></ul> 
Reporting and Analysis:<ul><li>
Analyze call center metrics (e.g., call volume, resolution time, customer satisfaction) across all channels</li><li>
Prepare reports for senior management on performance and areas for improvement</li></ul> 
Technology Management:<ul><li>
Oversee the use of call center software, CRM systems, and other tools for voice, non-voice, and digital channels</li><li>
Ensure the team is trained on new technologies and software updates</li></ul> 
Budget Management:<ul><li>
Manage the call center budget, including staffing, training, and operational costs for all channels</li></ul> 
BPO Invoicing:<ul><li>
Oversee the invoicing process for services provided to BPO partners</li><li>
Ensure accurate billing based on agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs)</li><li>
Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices</li><li>
Monitor BPO performance metrics and ensure alignment with contractual obligations</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field</li><li>
3-5 years of experience in customer service or call center operations</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience in managing a large team of 90+ agents</li><li>
Strong knowledge of call center software, CRM systems, and invoicing processes</li><li>
Experience in handling BPO partnerships and managing SLAs</li><li>
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Experience in performance metrics analysis and reporting</li></ul>
