The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA's, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.</li>
<li>Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.</li>
<li>Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.</li>
<li>Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system</li>
<li>Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.</li>
<li>Manage sample request.</li>
<li>Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP</li>
<li>Prepare and provide reports to management</li>

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Diego, CA office/headquarters in alignment with our Flexible Work policy 
Reports to: Associate Manager, Sales Administration

What You'll Do

The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the executive assistant to the Vice President of Memory Sales for the Central and Eastern United States, handling high‑level administrative tasks and acting as a trusted liaison. In addition, the senior executive assistant will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of three remote sales offices (Austin, Houston, and Raleigh) supporting a diverse team that includes sales, sales operations, finance, quality, and engineering.

Location: Daily onsite presence at our Austin, Texas location in alignment with our Flexible Work policy 

Reports to: Vice President of Memory Sales for CE Region
<ul><li>Coordinate daily operations for three remote offices (facility services, IT support, supplies, and budget tracking).</li><li>Maintain office policies, health &amp; safety compliance, and emergency procedures.</li><li>Organize on site customer meetings and team events.</li><li>Facilitate communication across locations, ensuring timely distribution of documents, reports, and project updates.</li><li>Manage the Sales VP's calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Prioritize and route incoming requests, maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>Track office expenditures, process invoices, and reconcile monthly budgets.</li><li>Compile operational metrics and produce regular status reports for the VP and senior leadership.</li><li>Identify and implement efficiency improvements in office workflows and cross functional collaboration.</li><li>Lead initiatives for remote work best practices and technology adoption.</li><li>Liaise with vendors for equipment, software licenses, and facility services.</li><li>Oversee contract negotiations and renewals.</li></ul>

What You Bring
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a tech focused sales environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience supporting senior executives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and video conferencing tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication.</li><li>High degree of discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously across time zones.</li><li>Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus.</li></ul>
