<li><b>Develop and Drive Growth Strategies</b>: Collaborate with commercial leadership to identify, develop, and execute strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable organic growth.</li>
<li><b>Market &amp; Sales Strategy Alignment</b>: Lead cross-functional efforts across all sales departments&mdash;harmonized where possible and differentiated where necessary&mdash;to conduct market segmentation, prioritize target opportunities, and define effective go-to-market strategies.</li>
<li><b>Commercial Integration &amp; Sales Enablement</b>: Unify efforts across sales teams to capitalize on cross-selling, value-based selling, and solution-oriented opportunities that maximize profitability.</li>
<li><b>Quick-Win Identification &amp; Execution</b>: Identify and deliver on high-impact, near-term opportunities by leveraging synergies across sales regions.</li>
<li><b>Commercial Operating Model Advancement</b>: Champion the adoption and advancement of the Commercial Operating Model. Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses to enhance commercial processes, tools, and team capabilities.</li>
<li><b>Change Leadership &amp; Workforce Engagement</b>: Partner with leadership to effectively manage business transformation initiatives. Develop and deliver communication strategies to foster employee engagement and navigate change successfully.</li>
<li><b>Additional Responsibilities</b>: Perform other duties as assigned to support broader commercial objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>EDUCATION &amp; CERTIFICATIONS</b>:</p>
<ul>
<li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b>:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of senior level Commercial &amp; strategic leadership experience.</li>
<li>Experience supporting NA manufacturing NA centers required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in creating, leading, and supporting high-performance teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record in delivering sustainable business results through best-in-class commercial practices.</li>
<li>Periodic travel, including Canada, of up to 10% required.</li>
<li>Previous Continuous Improvement focus and experience.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle the pressures of deadlines, diverse assignment loads, and high work volumes.</li>
<li>Excellent ability to independently problem solves and troubleshoot required.</li>
<li>Able to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.</li>
<li>Superior interpersonal and communication.</li>
<li>Superior attention to detail and accuracy is critical.</li>
<li>Authentic individual with impeccable integrity.</li>

<li><b>Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems</b> required to support data analysis, reporting, and business process management.</li>
<li><b>Ability to leverage these tools to generate insights, manage data effectively, and support decision-making</b> across business operations.</li>
