Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and facilitating communication between English and non-English speaking clients. This role requires strong administrative skills, computer literacy, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization.</li><li>Assist with customer support by addressing client concerns and inquiries effectively.</li><li>Serve as a personal assistant to management when necessary.</li><li>Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language is required.</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.</li><li>Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Join our team as a Bilingual Receptionist where your skills will contribute to providing outstanding service to our diverse clientele!Job Type: Part-timePay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hourShift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>San Antonio, TX 78240 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
