We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in multifamily or residential leasing industry marketing and a passion for driving results through data, creativity, and collaboration.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive occupancy for our apartment communities.</li><li>Manage digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and Internet Listing Service (ILS) partnerships.</li><li>Oversee property websites, ensuring accurate, engaging, and search-optimized content.</li><li>Partner with on-site leasing teams to align marketing with leasing goals and improve lead-to-lease conversion.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials and brand assets that enhance our presence in competitive markets.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in marketing for multifamily housing, property management, or residential leasing.</li><li>Proficiency with Yardi CRM and RentCafe required.</li><li>Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation in the apartment industry.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset and ability to collaborate across teams</li></ul>Why join us?
