St. Andrews Condominiums is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team!We are a private company that specializes in providing professional, resident focused apartment and condominium community management. We believe that developing solid relationships with our residents, employees, vendors, investors, and partners is at the forefront of our success.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local laws, particularly Fair Housing regulations.</li><li>Greet prospects and residents warmly and enthusiastically.</li><li>Process and select new residents according to PSDM rental policy, verifying application details and documents.</li><li>Submit applications to Property Manager for approval, notify applicants, and document interactions.</li><li>Assist in multiple daily Craigslist postings and other marketing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.</li><li>Maintain closing ratios of applicant to first contact above 15%.</li><li>Address objections during property tours and provide feedback to improve the process.</li><li>Assist with lease renewal offers, ensuring compliance with local laws and company guidelines.</li><li>Inspect each apartment prior to move-in using a checklist.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Yardi experience preferred</li><li>Effective oral and written communication required.</li><li>Must be Bilingual </li><li>High school diploma or equivalency.</li><li>Ability to deliver consistent excellent Customer Service with enthusiasm.</li><li>This job requires the ability to walk up/down stairs, kneeling or crouching, using hands/reaching/and other physical demands. Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods required.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Time-management skills to meet established deadlines.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Must have a flexible schedule</li><li>Rotating Weekends</li></ul>Why join us?
