This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values exceptional customer service, and is eager to contribute to maintaining high occupancy rates and excellent resident satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws, with a focus on Fair Housing regulations, to maintain ethical leasing practices.</li><li>Greet all prospective tenants and current residents with enthusiasm, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Process rental applications and carefully verify all details and documents in accordance with company policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Submit completed applications to the Property Manager for approval, promptly notify applicants of decisions, and maintain thorough documentation of all interactions.</li><li>Assist with daily marketing activities, including posting engaging property listings on Craigslist, social media, and other platforms to attract qualified leads and maintain high occupancy rates.</li><li>Maintain a closing ratio of at least 15% from initial contact to lease signing by effectively nurturing leads and addressing concerns.</li><li>Address potential objections during property tours, offering solutions and valuable feedback to continuously improve the leasing process</li><li>Assist in presenting lease renewal offers to current residents, ensuring that all processes comply with local laws and company policies.</li><li>Assist in ensuring each move-in is handled professionally by inspecting apartments prior to move-in, using a checklist to ensure readiness.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Demonstrate effective oral and written communication, ensuring clear and professional interactions with both prospective and current residents.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or relevant coursework are a plus.</li><li>Consistently deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, ensuring a superior experience for all residents and prospects.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking up/down stairs, kneeling, crouching, and using hands to reach or lift. The role also requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet daily and long-term goals.</li><li>Strong time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Work schedule<ul><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>8:00am to 5:00pm</li></ul>Why join us?
