Your role as Head, Influencer Marketing
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer strategy that amplifies the San Diego Padres brand locally and around the world. You will oversee the identification, outreach, hosting, and relationship management of key influencers and content creators who can authentically share their positive experiences at America&rsquo;s #1 Ballpark while serving as advocates for the Padres and our special events business across social and digital platforms. This role requires close collaboration with internal departments, senior leadership, our baseball players, and external partners.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
<ul><li>Develop and lead the Padres&rsquo; influencer marketing strategy, aligning with broader Padres brand, fan engagement, special events and marketing goals</li>
<li>Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with local, national, and global influencers across multiple content platforms</li>
<li>Oversee the outreach, onboarding, and hosting of influencers at Petco Park, ensuring a premium and high touch ballpark experience</li>
<li>Coordinate influencer visits, including game attendance, behind-the-scenes access, special events, and curated experiences</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Community Relations, Finest Collective, Baseball Operations, and Ballpark Operations departments</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with players and baseball operations staff to facilitate influencer and player meet-and-greet opportunities when appropriate</li>
<li>Serve as a primary Padres point of contact for influencers and content creators, building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Ensure all influencer partnerships comply with MLB policies, legal guidelines, and Padres brand standards</li>
<li>Manage influencer-related budgets, contractual obligations, and deliverables</li>
<li>Represent the Padres brand with professionalism when interfacing with senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Other duties and special projects as assigned</li>
</ul>

</ul>
You will be required to meet the following:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment</li>
<li>4-year Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or closely related field</li>
<li>Minimum five (5) years previous experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, entertainment marketing or closely related field</li>
<li>Experience working in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands a plus</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of the San Diego market and existing relationships with San Diego-based influencers strongly preferred</li>
<li>Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus</li>
<li>Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as required by the baseball schedule</li>
<li>Able to travel as needed</li>
<li>Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, you must successfully complete all post-offer, pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check
</li></ul>Salary and additional compensation:

Per the California pay transparency law, the base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $140,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, job-related skills and any other factors the San Diego Padres considers relevant to the hiring decision for this position.

STATUS: Full-Time; Exempt

For consideration of this position, please provide an up-to-date link of a shooting/editing reel.

Your role as a Videographer/Editor:

You will shoot, edit, and produce a variety of content, including game highlights, interviews, press conferences, special projects, commercials, and game b-roll. You will work alongside multiple departments and collaborate with key stakeholders to obtain and produce content for innovative campaigns and social media context. You will actively travel with the team during Spring Training and through the remainder of the baseball season.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
<ul><li>Broadcast ENG style videographer that travels on the road with the team during the season and to Peoria Arizona for Spring Training. Shoots game highlights, interviews, social media features and provides daily media feeds. Shoots padres.com webstream game camera for select Spring Training games</li>
<li>Works hand in hand with the television broadcast producers for Padres Baseball presented by MLB, including shooting daily manager press conferences, player interviews and game b-roll</li>
<li>Records and distributes interviews to media and rights holders</li>
<li>Produces edits for video displays in-park, commercial production campaigns, in-game feature videos and special video projects, using Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop</li>
<li>Works in conjunction with Padres production staff and social media to collaborate for social media content and provide real time video during the games</li>
<li>Serves as a videographer for production video shoots</li>
<li>Creates and executes, in conjunction with the Marketing department, commercial production and other club video needs</li>
<li>Edits videos for community outreach and develops videos for presentations, corporate partners, and other Petco Park events</li>
<li>Edits videos with proper color correction, graphics and sound design</li>
<li>Assumes other duties as directed by the Director, Production and Vice President, Broadcasting &amp; Entertainment</li>
</ul>
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most:
<ul><li>Expert knowledge of video camera and field production equipment, cameras include Sony FS6, FX3, Burano, RED and ENG cameras for broadcast</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of camera systems for both ENG and documentary videography</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting deadlines for broadcast</li>
<li>High level of knowledge of file and content management, file formats, codecs</li>
<li>Work efficiently and quickly, turning around videos for the social media department</li>
<li>Stays up to date with video editing trends</li>
<li>Possess creative and artistic skills for video and audio editing</li>
<li>Robust working knowledge about the game of baseball, the Padres&rsquo; organization, its personnel and history</li>
<li>Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively work well with others in a collaborative, respectful manner</li>
<li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills with capacity to handle high volumes of detailed work, multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines</li>
<li>Maintain professional demeanor with a high degree of discretion, integrity, and accountability</li>
<li>Maintain consistent, punctual, and regular attendance</li>
</ul>
You will be required to meet the following:
<ul>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment</li>
<li>4-year Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, or education equivalent, plus a minimum of two (2) years&rsquo; work experience as an ENG or similar videographer, editor and producer</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years&rsquo; previous experience with the following software: Adobe Creative suite, primarily Premiere software, Photoshop, and Aftereffects. Motion Graphics knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Post-Production experience at a TV station, production house, or equivalent entertainment venue a plus</li>
<li>Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus</li>
<li>Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed. Extended travel for eight (8) months of the year</li>
<li>Minimum physical requirements: able to travel to and gain access to various areas of the ballpark for prolonged periods of time during games and events; able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds</li>
