Job Description 
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer specializing in ASIC Development Engineering with a focus on Design for Testability (DFT) to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced DFT strategies for complex ASIC designs, ensuring high-quality, testable, and manufacturable semiconductor products.<ul><li>
Lead the development and implementation of DFT architectures for complex ASIC designs</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions into the overall ASIC design flow</li><li>
Develop and optimize test patterns using Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG) tools</li><li>
Implement Built-In Self-Test (BIST) solutions for various ASIC components</li><li>
Analyze and improve test coverage, fault coverage, and test time for ASIC designs</li><li>
Troubleshoot and debug DFT-related issues during the design and post-silicon phases</li><li>
Stay current with industry trends and emerging DFT technologies</li><li>
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies</li><li>
Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure DFT requirements are met</li><li>
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and integrate new DFT tools and technologies</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field</li><li>
7+ years of experience in ASIC development with a strong focus on DFT</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of ASIC design and development processes</li><li>
Expertise in Design for Testability (DFT) methodologies and techniques</li><li>
Strong programming skills in languages such as Verilog, VHDL, and C++</li><li>
Proficiency in using EDA tools for ASIC design, verification, and testing</li><li>
In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes</li><li>
Experience with advanced DFT techniques, including BIST and ATPG</li><li>
Knowledge of low-power design techniques</li><li>
Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE 1149.1 and IEEE 1500</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills</li><li>
Strong analytical and organizational abilities</li><li>
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills</li><li>
Domain expertise in the semiconductor industry, digital circuit design, and test and verification methodologies</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment</li><li>

Job Description 
The Sr. Business Procurement Manager is a strategic, hands-on leader who aligns Procurement with business line priorities to unlock value across cost, quality, delivery, and innovation. You will serve as the primary procurement partner to product/business line leaders and drive transformational initiatives across sourcing, supplier development, risk mitigation, and commercialization/NPI. This role balances business partner engagement, procurement best practices, and change leadership to support Sandisk&rsquo;s growth, resilience, and margin goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Partner Alignment &amp; Strategy<ul><li>
Act as the procurement business partner to designated product lines and business units; translate business strategies into clear sourcing plans, roadmaps, and OKRs.</li><li>
Build joint value plans with stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Quality) to enable NPI ramps, product migrations, and cost/feature targets.</li><li>
Provide proactive market intelligence and should-cost insights to influence product/technology decisions early.</li></ul>
Transformational Procurement Initiatives<ul><li>
Lead programs in digitization (eProcurement, analytics, SRM), process redesign (S&amp;OP integration, VAVE intake), and governance (policy, delegation of authority, compliance).</li><li>
Stand up should-cost models, clean-sheet analyses, and parametric cost drivers to inform negotiation strategies and NPI business cases.</li><li>
Champion standard work and maturity improvements across category playbooks, contracting, and supplier onboarding.</li></ul>
Financial &amp; Operational Performance<ul><li>
Own annual and multi-year savings and cost avoidance targets; partner with Finance to validate, track, and report benefits.</li><li>
Enable NPI readiness: supplier selection, PPAP/qualification, ramp readiness, capacity commitments, and lead-time/CT pull-down.</li><li>
Monitor and improve key metrics: PPV, TCO, inventory turns, on-time delivery, quality PPM, supplier OTD, and resilience indices.</li></ul>
Commodity &amp; Supplier Management Support<ul><li>
Support commodity teams to drive commodity best practices, including strategy development, risk mitigation, and supplier portfolio optimization.</li><li>
Partner with category managers to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business priorities and technology roadmaps.</li><li>
Assist in supplier management programs: scorecards, QBRs, development initiatives, and compliance with sustainability and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Collaborate on supplier negotiations and contracting to ensure consistency with global standards and governance.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of progressive procurement/category management experience in electronics/semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or adjacent industries.</li><li>
Demonstrated success supporting commodity strategies and supplier management programs.</li><li>
Experience partnering with Product/Engineering on NPI and lifecycle management; familiarity with PPAP or equivalent qualification protocols.</li><li>
Strong grasp of cost structures (materials, conversion, test), should-cost, and value engineering (VAVE).</li><li>
Proficiency with procurement/SRM tools, Excel/analytics; familiarity with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and PLM systems.</li><li>
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Knowledge of NAND/DRAM ecosystems, controllers, substrates, packaging/test, or EMS.</li><li>
Experience implementing procurement transformation (process, digital tools, governance).</li><li>
Certifications: CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or similar.</li><li>
Global sourcing experience across Asia, North America, and EMEA; comfort with travel and supplier site engagement.</li></ul>
