<p></p><p><b>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<p><b>Essential Job Functions</b><b>:</b></p>
<ul><li>Assist with processing scholarship applications, maintaining records, and updating student information in college systems.</li>
<li>Assist with scholarship outreach events and workshop efforts, including preparing communication materials, presentations, and informational sessions.</li>
<li>Assist with verifying application completeness and gathering required documentation for scholarship review.</li>
<li>Support scholarship awarding and disbursement processes by entering data, generating reports and assisting with account reviews.</li>
<li>Respond to student inquiries regarding scholarship opportunities, application requirements, deadlines, and award status through email, phone, and in-person interactions.</li>
<li>Maintain scholarship files, records, and electronic documents in accordance with department procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with special projects, data collection, and routine reporting as assigned by the Scholarship Manager.</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Marginal Job Functions:</b></p>

<li>Attend department meetings and training sessions.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

<p><b>Required Education:</b></p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li></ul>

<ul><li> Associate Degree from an accredited institution.</li></ul>
<p><b>Required Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li>One (1) year of clerical, administrative support, customer service, financial aid, scholarships, higher education, or related experience.</li></ul>
<p><b>Preferred Experience:</b></p>
<ul><li>Experience working in a college or university environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience using Banner or similar student information systems.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working with scholarships, financial aid, or grant programs.</li></ul><br>
<p></p><p><b>Additional Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>This position may require occasional evening or weekend hours to support outreach events, workshops, and student engagement activities.</p><br>

PT Scholarship Assistant

<div><div><div><p><b>Senior Administrative Assistant - Central Campus</b></p>
<p></p><div><b>PRIMARY FUNCTION:</b> Provide administrative support to Campus Services and Dean of Administration.<br>
</div><div></div><br>
<div><b>Essential Job Functions:</b>
</div><ul><li>Provide administrative support for the office by greeting visitors, addressing inquiries, and assisting with general office operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the front desk and transaction window, maintaining records, answering phones, and delivering excellent customer service to our internal and external constituents.
</li><li>Assist Campus Services and the Dean of Administration in access management of all workspaces and instructional areas to maintain a safe and secure campus. This includes maintaining key requests files, managing vehicle requests, and locking/unlocking doors to buildings, classrooms, and labs for campus events and instructional functions.
</li><li>Assist Dean of Administration with budget-related duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing requisitions/purchase orders, journal vouchers, invoices, travel reimbursements, P-card statements, and all related reporting.
</li><li>Submit EPAFs for Dean of Administration reporting departments.
</li><li>Provides support in the processing of part-time faculty employment documents.
</li><li>Performs general office duties such as type letters, memos, emails and ad hoc reporting as required.</li>
<li>Assist with various special events, activities, assignments, and projects assigned by the Dean of Administration and/or Coordinator of Events &amp; Campus Services.
</li><li>Assist with the scheduling of events and reports as needed.
</li><li>Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and well-prepared.
</li><li>Works with the Dean of Administration and Coordinator of Events &amp; Campus Services to update brochures, materials, or the website for the department.</li>
</ul><div></div><div><b>Additional Job Functions:</b>
</div><ul><li>Logging &amp; maintaining lost and found items.
</li><li>Logging &amp; distributing vending machine refunds for employees, students, and guests.
</li><li>Apply and maintain notary public designation to offer services for employees and students.
</li><li>Submit maintenance and ITS requests as needed.
</li><li>Replenish first-aid kits as needed.
</li><li>Ensure that the department workroom and supplies cabinets are organized and replenished.
</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
