Position Summary: 
Compile and analyze financial data, prepare reports, both statistical and financial, from multiple systems. Conduct analysis of activities at the macro and micro levels for use by managers and senior leadership. Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting provider productivity daily. Assist in preparation and generation of financial reports and audits. The Junior Financial Analyst provides a full range of finance support for all operational and administrative management partners, and acts as a liaison between business functions and finance/accounting leadership.
 
Essential Functions of the Job: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for accurately forecasting and reporting results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;</li>
<li>Prepare month end journal entries and financial reports, and ad hoc reporting for needed statistics, with oversight.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets for all business functions, including planning for strategic objectives, headcount, initiatives, expenses and productivity;</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive variance analysis, including identification of gaps, trends and opportunities within the company and recommendations for possible course corrections necessary to functional and finance management;</li>
<li>Perform assigned GL reconciliations monthly; enters adjusting journal entries as directed and provides adjustment recommendations to supervisor for maintenance of clean and accurate account balances;</li>
<li>Plan, facilitate, and implement ad hoc analyses to support decision-making, evaluate business initiatives, evaluate performance;</li>
<li>Track, report, and analyze provider productivity for accuracy and daily, monthly, and annual reporting. Follow through on discrepancy resolution.</li>
<li>Review and analyze monthly labor allocation reports for accuracy and initiate allocation change requests and reclass journal entries to correct erroneous data;</li>
<li>Prepare month-end site and department financial statements and clinic performance report templates;</li>
<li>Document workflow, procedures, checklists, and policies for assigned tasks.</li>
</ul>

<li>Assists in maintaining and developing departmental policies and procedures in matters affecting cost, accounting, budgeting, and reporting policies.</li>

Job Requirements:

Junior Financial Analyst

Position Summary: 
The Benefits Analyst partners in the evaluation, implementation and administration of compelling employee benefits programs that attract and retain the most qualified, capable and mission-driven people to the organization and administers the Leave of Absence (LOA) processes.
 
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>Partner in the evaluation and development of competitive benefit programs that attract, retain, and reward the organization’s people.</li>
<li>Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify problems, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions to benefit and LOA programs and processes.</li>
<li>Respond to employee benefits inquiries and support employees by effectively working with insurance broker and vendors to resolve benefits coverage issues.</li>
<li>Analyze processes and workflows to improve and streamline operations.</li>
<li>Create both user and administrator guides for and benefits and LOA programs.</li>
<li>Participate in the development, communication, rollout, and completion of annual benefit open enrollment.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver various trainings on benefit and LOA programs.</li>
<li>Ensure integrity of benefit and LOA data in HR systems.</li>
<li>Conduct audits of benefits programs and policies to ensure that the company’s processes are compliant.</li>
<li>Work with HR technology team to test and implement systems changes.</li>
<li>Build ad-hoc reports from HRIS system and various data sources.</li>
<li>Audit monthly benefit invoices.</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate contact with all employees on LOA to coordinate their return to work including contacting employees, drafting letters, mailing certified letters, and following up with employees as needed.</li>
<li>Research, respond, and document frequently asked LOA questions and inquiries. Provide effective guidance to management and employees in response to questions regarding LOA and workplace accommodations, policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with coordinating workplace accommodations to include educating employees of applicable options; providing the employee with the requisite forms; maintaining contact with the employee to try to ensure documentation is received; analyzing submitted documentation; Partner with departments to ensure technology and equipment workplace accommodations are timely delivered after approval.</li>
<li>Assist in the processing of employee benefit changes including new hire benefits, qualifying life events, benefit enrollments and changes, termination of coverage and status changes.</li>
<li>Oversee benefit premium payments for employees on LOA, including communications to employees, follow up, receipt and processing of payments.</li>
<li>Data entry of employee earnings and deduction end dates when appropriate.</li>
</ul>

HR Benefits Analyst

Position Summary: 
Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures for adults, teenagers, and cooperative children. Examines patient to determine nature of condition utilizing dental radiographs, dental instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
 
Essential Functions of the Job: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the preparation of reports and written documentation as required by the department, company, state and federal agencies.</li>
<li>Consults with the patients and advises them of their dental status, prescribes the treatment required, provides risks and alternatives and documents according to department, company, state, and federal agency guidelines.</li>
<li>Cleans, restores, extracts, and replaces teeth, using rotary and hand instruments, dental appliances, medications, and surgical equipment.</li>
<li>Treats soft hard tissues diseases of the oral cavity; performs surgery on oral tissues when necessary; renders prosthetic treatment when approved and indicated; designs and places orthodontic devices to correct minor malocclusion of teeth and renders all dental services to restore the oral health of the patient.</li>
<li>Provides preventive dental services to patients, such as applications of fluoride and sealants to teeth, and provides education in oral health and dental hygiene.</li>
</ul>
Additional Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Complies with established departmental policies and procedures, objectives quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.</li>
<li>While adhering to providing high quality dental services, the provider is encouraged to obtain 15 patient encounters per day on average.</li>
<li>Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.</li>
<li>Attends meetings as required and participates in committees as directed.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
Experience Required:

<li>2 years’ of General Dentist experience preferable.</li>
</ul>
Education Required:

<li>DDS or DMD Degree.</li>
</ul>
Certifications/Licenses Required:

<li>Licensed to practice dentistry in the State of California.</li>
<li>DEA License.</li>
<li>CPR/BLS certificate.</li>

<li>Moderate noise levels from dental drills and other lab equipment should be expected.</li>
<li>Protective gear, including masks, safety glasses, and rubber gloves, is mandatory.</li>

little space between yourself and others is a necessity.
 <ul>
<li>Exposure to radiation, mercury, and anesthetic gases is a possibility.</li>
<li>You may encounter contaminants, diseases, and infections while working with patients.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity and mobility are crucial, including the ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving, quickly move your hand, grasp and manipulate objects, and demonstrate exceptional hand-eye coordination, control, and finger dexterity to use dental implements for exams, mixing, placing materials on dental tools, products, and in mouths, and assemble very small objects.</li>
<li>Occasional travel.</li>
<li>May be required to work evenings and or Saturdays, and attend meetings outside clinic working hours.</li>
<li>Will on occasion work at schools or WIC sites.</li>
<li>Will work with blood and blood borne pathogens and will require OSHA training on a yearly basis.</li>
