The role offers an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates to grow and develop in the construction and infrastructure industry. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the construction site and coordinating activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations at the construction site, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.</li><li>Monitor construction progress, ensuring work is being done according to the project schedule.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to check work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Ensure the construction site is clean and organized, and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.</li><li>Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, daily activities, and material usage.</li><li>Report progress and issues to the project manager or senior site engineers.</li><li>Assist in managing labor force and resolving any disputes or conflicts on site.</li><li>Ensure the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety measures by all workers.</li><li>Assist with quality control checks and ensure the proper implementation of engineering specifications.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Educational Qualification:</li><li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or ITI certification (preferred) in civil engineering or construction-related fields.</li><li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior experience in construction or site supervision is an added advantage.</li><li>Key Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of construction processes and site management.</li><li>Leadership and team coordination skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>Ability to problem-solve and resolve on-site issues efficiently.</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and basic site management software (preferred).</li><li>Physical Requirements:</li><li>Ability to work in various weather conditions and on-site in physically demanding environments.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary ranging from &#8377;15,000 - &#8377;20,000 per month.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and skills development.</li><li>Hands-on training and mentoring from senior site management professionals.</li><li>Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on safety and quality.</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their updated resumes to hr.vanessainteriors@gmail.com Or 8019387373 or contact us at . We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team in Sanbrik Infra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings and structures.
