This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our clients and managing the front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a variety of administrative and customer service skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.</li><li>Provide clerical support including typing documents, proofreading materials, and managing office correspondence.</li><li>Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.</li><li>Maintain office organization by managing supplies and ensuring the front desk area is tidy.</li><li>Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing support in both English and Spanish.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an office environment with a focus on administrative duties.</li><li>Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.</li><li>Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $14.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekWork Location: In person
