Each space embodies our unwavering dedication to artistic excellence, creativity, and the preservation of India&rsquo;s unparalleled cultural heritage.Job Description ROLE OUTLINE: The Gallery Manager will oversee and manage the activities of multiple departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across Sourcing, Marketing, Projects, and Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. KEY DELIVERABLES: Gallery Operations:<ul><li>Collaborate with the Gallery Director to align operational activities with the overall gallery vision and goals.</li><li>Maintain all the data related to sales, inventory, and upcoming exhibitions or concluded exhibitions.</li><li>Deal with vendors/artist /clients for ongoing deals on need basis.</li><li>Provide regular updates to the Gallery Director regarding operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul>Sourcing Coordination:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate all operational activities related to Artist Sourcing.</li><li>Collaborate with the Sourcing team to ensure a seamless process of onboarding new artists and maintaining relationships with existing ones.</li></ul>Marketing Oversight:<ul><li>Lead the marketing team in developing and executing creative campaigns, including designing and publishing marketing collaterals.</li><li>Ensure all marketing materials align with the gallery's brand and vision.</li><li>Oversee the creation of digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring they meet the gallery's high standards.</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Lead and manage exhibition projects from planning to execution.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of exhibitions.</li><li>Handle the logistics and operational aspects of exhibitions, ensuring they meet client expectations and gallery standards.</li></ul>Sales Management:<ul><li>Oversee client dealing and servicing, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.</li></ul>Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead and mentor teams across Projects, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and CRM.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to innovate and excel in their roles.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.</li></ul>Requirements CANDIDATE PROFILE &amp; SKILL SET:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Arts Management, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the art, cultural, or creative industries.</li><li>Proven experience in managing multiple teams and departments.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a good design sense. As a Gallery Associate, you will play a crucial support role in the daily operations of the gallery. You&rsquo;ll assist in organizing exhibitions, maintaining accurate inventory and sales data, liaising with artists and clients, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
