Your role
<ul><li>Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents&rsquo; interests, preferences and lifestyles</li>
<li>Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life</li>
<li>Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience</li>
<li>Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging</li>
</ul>(If you have experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you).
