Job description&middot; Strong skills for Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q), Tender Document &amp; Processing, Tender Evaluation, Rate Analysis, quantity surveying, procurement, BOQ preparation, M-book calculations, tender evaluation, rate analysis, Procurement Processes, Finalisation &amp; Negotiation with Contractors &amp; Vendors,&middot; Preparation of interim payment certificates, certifying Sub-Contractor's Bills.&middot; Calculating the quantity of constituent materials from the drawings in advance to facilitate the purchasing of items&middot; Generation of client bill as per required formats&middot; Maintain &amp; update Payment Records.&middot; Preparing client billing including taking daily measurement of works.&middot; Preparing M-Books.&middot; Getting certification, recording variation, collecting payment, complete documentation required for the job.&middot; Well versed with rates of various items existing in the market.&middot; Work out quantities, estimation, and billing.&middot; Conduct site visits and measurements for validation of contractor bills, Cost Control of the project and Coordination with contractor&middot; Coordinate and monitor a team of contractor works&middot; Supervise coordination of architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing works calculating the quantities as per the drawings.&middot; Reconciliation between estimated quantity and contractor's billed quantity.&middot; Finalising project cost analysis and CTC&middot; Calculating standard quantities, preparing estimations, Rate analysis for all items.&middot; Must be able to source contractors for various packages such as civil, form work, bar bending, shuttering, painting, electrical, tiles, joinery, plumbing, firefighting etc. for a variety of residential and commercial building projects&middot; Prepare regular MIS reports on time&middot; Responsible for workout Quantities from Auto CAD drawings, Verification of Constructor Bills in a large construction company. Coordinate with Project department.Desired Candidate Profile&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying&middot; Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.&middot; Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.&middot; Candidate should have experience in billing,&middot; Good knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical &amp; plumbing works and materials.&middot; Must be able to source contractors for various packages such as civil, formwork, barbending, shuttering, painting, electrical, tiles, joinery, plumbing, firefighting etc.Ability to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities, effectively manage contractor, certification checking.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
