 Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our clients Reliability team. This role is responsible for using advanced, non-machine-learning analytic techniques to investigate well-defined business questions, synthesize findings, and deliver actionable insights. The Data Analyst will partner closely with management and stakeholders to clearly define problems, explore and analyze data, and present results in a way that drives business decisions. This role is responsible for using SQL, Excel, and Tableau/MicroStrategy to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
 
 This is a hybrid role with locations in Denver, CO, Charlotte, NC, and Stamford, CT. Only candidates who are located in the Denver, Charlotte, and Stamford areas will be considered for this position. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, visa transfer or C2C candidates

 Requirements

 <li>
 Partner with the management team to ensure business questions are clearly defined, scoped, and actionable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage domain knowledge of the cable/telecom industry to quickly understand issues and data context.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter that can take ownership of critical projects from conception to actionable recommendations, directly impacting company strategy and driving measurable performance outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop ETL workflows in SQL to transform, clean, and join data from multiple sources into analysis-ready datasets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that track core KPIs and business performance for executive stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate analytic findings into a clear, compelling narrative supported by charts, figures, and tables. Findings
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop professional, polished presentations in PowerPoint, emphasizing readability and clarity. Deliver insights and recommendations to senior level technical and non-technical audiences, with sensitivity to organizational dynamics.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with emphasis on reliability, operations, or telecom preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau are required. Alteryx experience is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and data savvy, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proven ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong foundation in statistics, with ability to apply appropriate analytic techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in the cable/telecom industry is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a consulting engagement with an expected annual salary of $100,000-$120,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
