Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Read, understand, and follow work orders, production instructions, and manufacturing procedures.</li><li>
Set up and prepare molds for production by cleaning, installing inserts, and preparing required components.</li><li>
Gather the correct molds, materials, resin, dyes, and other required production materials according to work instructions.</li><li>
Load and unload molds onto rotational molding equipment.</li><li>
Perform trimming, repair, cleaning, and packaging of molded products.</li><li>
Conduct quality inspections and acceptance checks throughout the manufacturing process.</li><li>
Inspect molds before and after production runs and return molds to proper storage locations.</li><li>
Install, remove, and position pins and inserts as required.</li><li>
Monitor production output and identify potential quality concerns, defects, or equipment issues.</li><li>
Maintain equipment readiness by completing daily and weekly preventive maintenance activities.</li><li>
Stage materials and prepare production runs to support efficient manufacturing operations.</li><li>
Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.</li><li>
