Are you an experienced leader ready to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations? Aston Health is seeking a proactive Director of Environmental Services to manage our building systems, ensure safety compliance, and lead a skilled maintenance team in delivering a safe, well-maintained environment for our residents.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Own:</h3><ul><li>
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs efficiently</li><li>
Coordinate compliance with local, state, and federal codes including OSHA, EPA, CMS, NFPA, and fire regulations</li><li>
Oversee upkeep of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms, sprinklers, and mechanical equipment</li><li>
Manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, and drive cost-saving initiatives</li><li>
Conduct regular life safety system inspections and property upkeep including landscaping and waste management</li><li>
Maintain inventory control for repair supplies, parts, and equipment</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering contractors/vendors ensuring licenses and insurance are current</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and infrastructure reliability</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring:</h3><ul><li>
5+ years&rsquo; supervisory experience in Environmental Services, Plant Operations, or Maintenance within healthcare settings</li><li>
Deep technical knowledge of building systems, facility operations, and infrastructure maintenance</li><li>
Strong familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, EPA regulations specific to skilled nursing and healthcare facilities</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li><li>
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop maintenance schedules</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
