If you&rsquo;re looking for a place where impact and meaning outweigh bureaucracy and ego, you&rsquo;ll feel at home here.Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead strategy for a portfolio of Sandhill&rsquo;s clients, setting the vision for growth across paid channels.</li><li>Own results: be accountable for client revenue, MER, CAC, and other efficiency targets.</li><li>Develop and present roadmaps: compile monthly performance reports and quarterly growth strategies for clients and Sandhill&rsquo;s leadership.</li><li>Direct and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, providing oversight and guidance on ad builds to ensure flawless execution of your strategic vision.</li><li>Review and refine optimizations &mdash; pacing, bids, creative testing, and segmentation &mdash; while maintaining a big-picture, revenue-focused view.</li><li>Troubleshoot tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, cross-platform models) to maintain data integrity.</li><li>Partner with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand identity, messaging, and performance goals.</li><li>Lead client communication: present insights, guide strategic decisions, and build long-term relationships as the trusted advisor for paid growth.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with the Email/SMS Marketing Manager, SEO Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to develop clear, data-driven reports and translate analytics into actionable, client-friendly insights.</li><li>Think beyond individual marketing channels: this isn&rsquo;t a channel-specific role. You&rsquo;ll be expected to understand and orchestrate cross-platform strategies, ensuring every channel works in concert to achieve overarching client goals.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of managing client cross-platform marketing strategy.</li><li>4+ years managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.</li><li>4+ years working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Mixpanel, etc.) and attribution models.</li><li>3+ years managing client relationships and scaling budgets.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in acquisition marketing.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own client strategy and results, not just execution.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with eCommerce clients; Shopify strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with B2B campaigns and marketing-to-sales handoff processes.</li><li>2+ years of experience with Google Tag Manager.</li><li>Strong client communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical ability; proven track record of turning data into growth-driving strategies.</li><li>Experience guiding junior team members and ensuring alignment to strategy.</li><li>Self-starter, ambitious, resourceful, collaborative.</li><li>Relentlessly high standards paired with humility and a team-first mindset.</li><li>Experience setting up and troubleshooting data feeds is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Performance-based bonus opportunities.</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits.</li><li>Paid time off.</li><li>401k matching.</li><li>Education reimbursement for career-growth skills.</li></ul>About Sandhill DigitalSandhill Digital is an acclaimed performance marketing agency scaling brands with cross-platform, data-driven strategies and best-in-class creative.
