We are looking for a Female Office Assistant cum Accountant at the Preet Vihar location in Delhi. She must be sharp-minded, a quick learner, a team player, responsible, punctual, have good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing), and be knowledgeable in computers, including MS Office, Internet surfing, Social Media, and Canva, among others.The salary package between 8K to 10k for freshers and 11k to 16 k p.m. ( net in hand) for experienced candidates, and it depends on the candidate's interview. The candidate's age criteria are between 21 and 36 years only. She must be sincere and hardworking. Candidates only near the Preet Vihar area will be most suitable and preferred for usFull-time 9.30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.&gt;Attending/screening Telephone calls,&gt;day-to-day office activities,&gt;Organizing and scheduling Meetings in the office with clients and other vendors,&gt;Client's follow-ups through emails and calls,&gt;knowledge of Tally prime&gt; handle petty cash , accounts ledge , excel sheets and vouchers,&gt;Co-ordination with clients, seniors, and other office bearers,&gt; Prepared Letter and office diaries, Handling Attendance sheets.&gt;Maintain files and folders list, maintain diary, files,&gt;Update Excel sheets and maintain the office diary.&gt;Handling the Administrative and other office daily work.&gt;She may handle all the client's queries over phone calls or emails.&gt;Manage all Social Media platforms and update them.&gt;Handle all the Assistant duties in the office.&gt;typing works, etc.&gt; Diary updates, PDF, or scan the documents.&gt; Candidate must be punctual, sharp-minded, responsible, polite in nature, have good dressing sense, with good communications skills, and computer knowledgeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
