In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the center of a highly collaborative, global process&mdash;coordinating complex shipments, managing logistics partners, and ensuring smooth execution from factory to customer delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>
Analyze and compare freight quotes from carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate complex shipments for large, heavy equipment, including trucking, ocean freight, crane services, and specialized transport</p></li><li><p>
Monitor production timelines and machine readiness to align shipping schedules with factory commitments</p></li><li><p>
Partner with Sales Support to understand customer requirements, Incoterms, delivery expectations, and documentation needs</p></li><li><p>
Track shipments in transit and maintain accurate status reporting, including key milestones and delivery timelines</p></li><li><p>
Communicate shipment updates, risks, and delays clearly and proactively to internal stakeholders</p></li><li><p>
Identify and mitigate potential risks such as scheduling conflicts, port congestion, or equipment constraints</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with internal teams during high-volume periods to meet shipping commitments</p></li><li><p>
Ensure timely preparation and coordination of shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

   Ensure Sandvik quality requirements/aspects are included into all operations and documented when needed.

   Organize, develop and perform QA audits and inspections for all operations.
  </li>

   Use data to improve process by performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions.

   Review customer and frontline feedback and perform root cause analysis and identify solutions.

   Implement corrective actions based on findings.

   Ensure all quality related documentation exist and maintained in production operations.

   Coordinate, manage and document all calibrations of tooling and measuring equipment.

   Communicate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues. (and Technical Services)

   Utilize quality issues and field feedback to coach/train production personnel.

   Perform ATS final investigation. (ATS proper function of rig and mast, software is correct version with no errors)
  </li>

   Participate in warranty/field feedback cases.
  </li>
