Your Mission</div><div>
As an Application Specialist Turnkey Project, you will be the technical expert responsible for ensuring our customers receive the full value of Sandvik Coromant&rsquo; s Total Solutions Offer. You&rsquo;ll work closely with customers to implement innovative tooling solutions, support sales activities, and drive business growth in line with our global strategy and local business plans.</div><div>

Key Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Fulfilling and delivering expertise in relevant technical products and application solutions to customers, including turnkey project capabilities, and supporting Account Managers to maximize and extend business opportunities within specific scopes of competencies.</div></li><li><div>
Holding responsibility for ensuring Sandvik Coromant products are correctly implemented and deployed to ensure they are as well secured to minimize competitor conversion and customers gain the maximum impact of utilizing Sandvik Coromant tools and technology.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting Account Managers in technical presentations and customer interactions to ensure suitable business opportunities are identified and secured for Sandvik Coromant, whether analogue or digital.</div></li><li><div>
Support customers with CAD/CAM programs, time studies, and proof-of-concept trials for complex workpieces.</div></li><li><div>
Design and execute customer-specific applications, testing, and integrated offers.</div></li><li><div>
Document performance and savings of applied solutions through PA reports to support product development and competitiveness.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure solutions are configured and installed to meet customer needs (e.g., Virtual Gibbs, MasterCam).</div></li><li><div>
Monitor competitor technologies and share actionable insights with sales and R&amp;D.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Your profile</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, or relevant degrees</div></li><li><div>
With 5&ndash;7 years of proven expertise in cutting tools and machining applications, you possess deep knowledge of manufacturing processes in metal cutting and their optimization.</div></li><li><div>
Having experience in managing complex technical projects end-to-end and skilled in building collaborative relationships that drive customer value.</div></li><li><div>
Having knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital machining tools</div></li><li><div>
Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish is required</div></li><li><div>
Military service must be completed (for male candidates only)</div></li><li><div>
High willingness to travel without any restrictions,</div></li><li><div>

Main Responsibilities</div><ul><li><div>
Execute account development strategy&mdash;Maintain, Strengthen, and Develop&mdash;across the assigned customer portfolio in Aerospace industry segment, based on a deep understanding of each customer's business and strategic direction.</div></li><li><div>
Develop comprehensive Account Plans that outline strategic activities focused on customer needs and pain points.</div></li><li><div>
Co-create Customer Value Plans with priority customers to align mutual goals and ensure long-term success.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate delivered value through Customer Value Files (Savings), showcasing measurable impact within the customer portfolio.</div></li><li><div>
Build and maintain trustful relationships to secure customer commitment and loyalty.</div></li><li><div>
Promote the concept of Manufacturing Wellness, focusing on reducing costs and waste, increasing efficiency and circularity, embracing new technologies, leveraging data and automation, and investing in people and partnerships.</div></li><li><div>
Provide accurate and timely market insights regarding customers and competitors using the CRM system Dynamics 365.</div></li><li><div>
Open and manage Sales Pipelines based on customer opportunities, and support Sales Management with reliable forecasts, budgets, and targets through accurate pipeline data.</div></li><li><div>
Achieve expected business and financial outcomes for the assigned customer portfolio.</div></li><li><div>
Regularly review performance results and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery according to plan.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Your profile</div><ul><li><div>
Five or more years&rsquo; experience in sales and marketing management in Aerospace industry segment with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledge.</div></li><li><div>
Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field.</div></li><li><div>
Proven track record in delivering good business results.</div></li><li><div>
Project management knowledge and experience is a must.</div></li><li><div>
Successful experience from negotiations of commercial terms and conditions with industrial customers.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge and experience in managing external and internal customer relationships.</div></li><li><div>
Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish is required</div></li><li><div>
