What You'll Do:</h3><ul><li>
Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed</li><li>
Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians</li><li>
Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition</li><li>
Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressing changes, wound care, packs, and irrigations as necessary</li><li>
Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents</li><li>
Advocate for residents, ensuring other team members are delivering care according to resident care plans and personal wishes</li><li>
Accurately complete required charting and documentation in a timely manner</li><li>
Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

What We're Looking For:</h3><ul><li>
Current RN license in good standing</li><li>
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset</li><li>
Willingness to learn and uphold long-term care regulations and standards</li></ul>
