Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee- Marketing to join our team. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to various aspects of real estate marketing, including digital campaigns, on-ground promotions, customer engagement, and market research. The trainee will support the marketing team in executing strategies to generate leads, build brand visibility, and promote our real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.</li><li>Support in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns.</li><li>Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content and monitor performance.</li><li>Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.</li><li>Coordinate and support marketing events, site visits, exhibitions, and property fairs.</li><li>Assist the sales team with lead generation activities and follow-ups.</li><li>Collect and analyse customer inquiries and feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and dashboards.</li><li>Coordinate external vendors, advertising agencies, and design teams for promotional activities.</li></ul>Supporting Responsibilities with sales team:&middot; Support sales coordination by assisting the team with lead management, inquiry handling, and follow-ups.&middot; Assist in customer coordination for site visits, documentation, and timely updates.Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li><li>Creativity and willingness to learn marketing strategies.</li><li>Good analytical and research skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field (pursuing or completed).</li><li>Freshers or candidates with internship experience in marketing/digital marketing are welcome.</li></ul>Career Growth:This role is designed to provide structured learning, leading to opportunities for permanent positions in the Sales &amp; Marketing department based on performanceJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Description<ul><li>Marketing Strategy Development:</li></ul>oAssist in implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's properties, services, and brand.oThis involves conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and defining key messages and value propositions.<ul><li>Content Creation &amp; Agency Co-ordination:</li></ul>oAssist in executing the monthly social media plan for the brand and projects on monthly basisoProficiency in English.
