 Your Role:
 
 
 
 Sales Enablement &amp; Pre-Sales Engagement
 
 
 <ul>

 Partner with Account Executives, Channel Managers, and VARs to develop winning sales strategies and solution proposals
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead technical discovery sessions to identify business challenges, define requirements, and map Sangoma solutions to measurable outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-impact technical presentations, demos, and webinars that communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex solution capabilities into clear business value propositions that accelerate the sales cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the technical authority during the sales process, ensuring solution designs meet customer expectations and business goals
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Solution Development &amp; Deal Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Architect end-to-end communication solutions leveraging Sangoma's UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, PBX, SIP trunking, and connectivity portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Create proposal-ready solution designs, including network architecture, integration plans, and implementation approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Support RFPs, technical proposals, and competitive positioning, highlighting differentiators that strengthen Sangoma's market advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery, maintaining customer confidence throughout the process

 Channel Partner Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>

 Enable Sangoma's partner ecosystem (VARs, Agents, TSDs) through technical training, co-selling, and deal support
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in joint sales calls, events, and workshops to strengthen partner relationships and build technical credibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide real-world feedback from partners and customers to Product Management, influencing roadmap priorities and feature enhancements
 
 
 </li>

 Market Engagement &amp; Evangelism

 Represent Sangoma as a technical thought leader at trade shows, partner events, and industry conferences

 Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and equip sales teams with tools to overcome technical objections and win deals

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 to 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting within UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record supporting channel-driven or enterprise sales models to achieve revenue targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of VoIP, SIP, PBX systems (Switchvox, Asterisk, PBXact), SBCs, and networking fundamentals (QoS, VLANs, NAT, firewalls)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong ability to translate technical features into business benefits that resonate with C-level and non-technical buyers
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working collaboratively with Account Executives, VARs, and distributors to close complex communication deals
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, responsive, and able to balance multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred Qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Certifications: SIP, VoIP, Asterisk, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales collaboration tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and hybrid communication environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

 We are seeking a driven and hands-on Director of National Partner Sales to lead our U.S. national partner strategy with a strong focus on Technology Solutions Brokers (TSBs), key strategic partners, and national-level accounts. This individual will directly manage a team of Sales Executives while also personally engaging with top partners to drive revenue growth. This is a U.S.-based position (Eastern or Central time zones preferred) and requires a leader who is both a builder and a doer&mdash;equally comfortable executing in the field and leading a team.
 
 
 
 Your Role:

 Lead, coach, and actively manage a team of Sales Account Executives and National Account Managers dedicated to TSBs and national partners, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with TSBs and other national-level partners; drive revenue by expanding engagement and delivering measurable outcomes.

 Develop and execute strategic business plans for national partners, including joint go-to-market initiatives, enablement programs, and growth strategies.

 8-10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a clear track record of working with national-level partners (TSBs, master agents, or strategic accounts).

 Demonstrated ability to build and scale successful partner relationships that drive revenue growth.

 Experience leading a sales team while also contributing individually to partner engagement and sales execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of indirect sales models and traditional channels (VARs, agents), but with deep expertise in national TSB and strategic partner engagement.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to executives and working cross-functionally.

 Highly hands-on approach&mdash;must be willing to roll up sleeves and drive results alongside the team.
