You'll work alongside experienced leadership, driving technical excellence while developing both your team and your own leadership capabilities within our established framework of success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Direct and develop HVAC specialists in complex installation and maintenance operations</li><li>Ensure flawless execution of HVAC system installations, modifications, and repair projects</li><li>Collaborate with senior technical management on strategic operational initiatives</li><li>Maintain our exceptionally high technical standards across all client services</li></ul>Who We SeekEssential Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years proven experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems, including VRV technology, chiller water systems, and advanced climate control solutions</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in technical operations</li><li>Proficiency in blueprint reading, electrical troubleshooting, and system diagnostics</li><li>Strong English communication and comprehensive reporting capabilities</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and clean driving record</li><li>Knowledge of chilled water systems and advanced climate control technologies</li></ul>Technical Competencies:<ul><li>Advanced understanding of refrigeration cycles and system controls</li><li>Experience with system commissioning, balancing, and performance optimization</li><li>Ability to mentor technical professionals and conduct on-the-job training</li><li>Proficiency with specialized diagnostic tools and testing equipment</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate: We seek a technically proficient professional who combines hands-on expertise with leadership acumen. Technical Team Lead

SaniService requires AC Technicians with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UAE. Candidates should be currently based in UAE and able to join immediately.Responsibilities and DutiesMaintaining, Cleaning the ducts and diagnosing technical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.Performing emergency repairs rapidly and professionally.Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Standards.Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.Preparation and loading of the necessary materials prior to the service.Cleaning of the premises at the end of the service.Providing technical direction with troubleshooting, maintenance and fixing the issues.Filling a daily report of all maintenance functions.Complying with company standards and customers&rsquo; requirements.Desired Candidate ProfileAt least 2 years of AC technician experience in UAE.Good experience in HVAC system.Good English language.Driving License will be preferred.Preferable knowledge in Home Automation maintenance.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:<ul><li>HVAC: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Home Automation: 2 years (Required)</li><li>AC Technician: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
