Job description:ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Draft, vet, and review all legal documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell,</li></ul>MoUs, lease deeds, and builder-buyer agreements.<ul><li>Conduct title due diligence and verify ownership records, encumbrance certificates,</li></ul>and mutation entries for all land parcels and properties.<ul><li>Handle mutation processes at local authorities and ensure updated property</li></ul>records in the revenue department.<ul><li>Prepare and execute property registration and liaise with sub-registrar offices for</li></ul>deed execution and compliance.<ul><li>Provide legal opinions and documentation support for land acquisition, joint</li></ul>ventures, and development agreements.<ul><li>Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act)</li></ul>including registration of projects, drafting of RERA-related documents, andresponding to customer/RERA queries.<ul><li>Coordinate with MDDA (Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority) for project</li></ul>approvals, land use permissions, building plan sanctions, and related legaldocumentation.<ul><li>Draft and review vendor, contractor, and consultancy contracts, ensuring alignment</li></ul>with project and legal requirements.<ul><li>Represent the company before legal authorities, consumer courts, and RERA for</li></ul>any disputes or litigations.<ul><li>Issue and respond to legal notices, handle arbitration or conciliation matters if</li></ul>required.<ul><li>Maintain proper records of all agreements, property documents, litigation cases,</li></ul>and compliance reports.<ul><li>Advise management on legal risks, project viability, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure all transactions and developments comply with local, state, and central real</li></ul>estate laws and policies.<ul><li>Stay updated on amendments in land, property, and real estate laws to guide</li></ul>internal teams effectivelyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal drafting: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Intellectual property law: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
