 What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To manage document exchange between banks, chambers, and official institutions; to have a general understanding of the content of documents when receiving and delivering them; to check details such as signatures, registration dates/numbers, etc.; and to track deadlines for time-sensitive documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure weekly cleaning, periodic maintenance, and other routine tasks for company vehicles are carried out.
 </li>
 <li>
 To plan the use of shared vehicles efficiently in line with employee needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 To provide transportation for international guests when necessary (factory, hotel, airport transfers).
 </li>
 <li>
 To assist other departments with external tasks when appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 To support administrative affairs processes (such as security, company events, pest control, invoice entries and tracking, etc.).
 </li>

 What kind of teammate are we looking for?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least an associate degree (preferably a bachelor&rsquo;s degree),
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably residing in or able to relocate to Yalova or Karam&uuml;rsel,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel and Word),
 </li>
 <li>
 Holds a Class B driver&rsquo;s license and is an active driver.
