 About the Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, resolving issues both on-site and remotely. You will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure.
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include managing endpoint security, enrolling devices in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and maintaining accurate IT asset and equipment logs.
 
 
 You will support and configure Windows and macOS environments, as well as manage the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure and Intune.
 
 
 The role involves hands-on support for network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points, as well as experience with CCTV configuration and support. You will handle user onboarding and offboarding, mailbox and account management, and contribute to small to medium-sized IT projects.
 
 
 You will work closely with the IT Manager to escalate critical issues, support ongoing IT initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Flexibility in working hours and occasional travel to other group locations may be required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About You:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 You have strong technical knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure, and Intune. You possess solid networking fundamentals and hands-on experience supporting network devices such as firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
 
 
 You are experienced in configuring and deploying hardware, installing authorized software, and ensuring systems are kept up to date with the latest security patches and updates. Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools and structured incident management is essential.
 
 
 You are well-organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset allow you to work efficiently with users and IT leadership.
 
 
 Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Azure are considered an advantage.

 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaborating with the Showroom Designers, Category Managers and Retail Team to revise elevations and layouts of all showrooms, offices, and events, along with the re-design of current showrooms incorporating new product ranges. The role involves creating and revising 2D AutoCAD elevations and layouts for showrooms, offices, events, and marketing materials, while ensuring accuracy and alignment with the merchandising schedule. It requires close coordination with the AutoCAD team, Marketing Manager, Project Manager, contractors, and showroom managers to gather data, meet design requirements, and monitor build-up progress. Responsibilities include updating drawings based on site conditions, identifying discontinued products, proposing strategic product placements, and supporting showroom designers in maintaining brand positioning. Additional duties support the broader Merchandising and Marketing Department, with all tasks performed in accordance with Sanipex Group&rsquo;s Environment and Quality Policies.

 The ideal candidate holds an interior or design-related qualification, has 2&ndash;5 years of industry experience including at least two years using AutoCAD, and possesses strong technical knowledge.
