Job description:Job Title: Graphic DesignerExperience Required: 1-3 Years Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with around 1 -3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual composition, excellent in design software and skills to show something trending, he/she should have the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital and print media (social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, presentations, videos etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with marketing manager, content writer, and sales teams to develop consistent brand visuals</li><li>Design and update brand identity assets (logos, icons, color schemes, templates, etc.)</li><li>Prepare design files for production and ensure quality and consistency across all materials</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices</li><li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines accordingly.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field</li><li>1-3 years of professional experience compulsory as a graphic designer</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Afetr Effects, Canva, Figma) or any other equivalent design tools with AI knowledge.</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing and UI/UX design is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time-management skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment</li><li>Familiarity with design for social media, websites banner, and digital advertising.</li><li>Good and Advance knowledge of Design and design tools for implementation.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and growth opportunities</li><li>Creative and collaborative work culture</li><li>Exposure to diverse design projects with clients.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
