Job Summary: You will responsible to drive growth for our real estate company by pursuing leads through inside sales and conducting site visits to potential clients. This role involves both remote and on-site responsibilities to foster client relationships and close deals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct inside sales activities including calling, emailing, and follow-ups.</li><li>Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties and meet clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.</li><li>No cold Calling, only verified leads.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.</li><li>Fresher or Currently Working in Real estate.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
