1. Sales Executive is expected to have atleast 4-5 years of experience (for MCom degree) in Real Estate marketing or atleast 2-3 years experience for MBA Marketing degree candidate2. Should be fluent &amp; confident while giving introduction about him/her and about the project &amp; the company. English, Hindi and Marathi language proficiency is must.3. Should be able to communicate with walk-in customers and greet &amp; welcome them in descent manner.4. Should have excellent verbal communication skills. Should be polite and impressive while talking. Should possess convincing power &amp; skills5. Should possess good computer skills. Should be able to read, understand, write and send emails and legal documents without any silly mistakes.6. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel &amp; Powerpoint. Knowledge of Social media marketing, online property portal etc. is must7. Should have good presentation skills. Should be able to give presentation (3D views, Walkthrough, Video) on projector screen using MS Power point or similar. Should be able to maintain customer contact details and followup record for booking realization8. Should possess basic accounting skills and should be able to maintain records of payments received from customers. Should followup with Customers for recovery of payment against booking. Should be able to prepare and issue payment receipts. Knowledge of Tally ERP, CRM is added advantage.9. Will have to work on Residential Construction site office10. Basic Salary Range between 20,000-25,000 based on knowledge and performance.
