<p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p><b>1) Maintain and improve the current quality management system (IATF16949, TL9000 and AS9100), ensure management procedures are compliance with the Corp procedures &amp; QMS standards, and ensure the procedure are fully understood and respected in SANMINA-Wuxi plant.</b></p>
<p><b>2) Coordinate the annual regular internal quality system audit, follow up and ensure to close all nonconformities found in time.</b></p>
<p><b>3) Coordinate all customers &amp; Corporate Audits and the 3rd party audit, including follow up&amp; verification of corrective &amp; preventive actions.</b></p>
<p><b>4) Document management Support Process Engineer to review the applicability of QMS documents prior to releasing.</b></p>
<p><b>5) know and comply with EHS instructions policies</b></p>
<p><b>6&#65289;Follow up internal CAR finish progress in Agile system, and give the training to staffs when necessary.</b></p>
<p><b>7&#65289;Follow up KPI situation, including follow up&amp; verification of corrective &amp; preventive actions.</b></p>
<p><b>8&#65289;Be responsible for Document and record control</b></p>
<p><b>Qualification:</b></p>
<p><b>Education: Equal or above College degree, major in electronics or related is preferred</b></p>
<p><b>Training:</b></p>
<p><b>1) ISO 9001:2008 internal auditor certification is mandatory. And TS/TL/AS internal auditor certification is a plus.</b></p>
<p><b> 2) Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools (APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)&#29087;&#24713;AIAG 5&#22823;&#26680;&#24515;&#24037;&#20855;(APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA)</b></p>
<p><b>Experience: At least 3 years experience on quality management system, and have abilities on analysis and resolving the quality abnormality.</b></p>
<p><b>Skills:</b></p>
<p><b>1) Good in listening, written and oral English.</b></p>
<p><b>2) Good communication and interpersonal skills.</b></p>
<p><b>3) Able to solve problems using proper quality tools such as 5 why, fishbone, and 8D is preferred.</b></p></div></div></div></div></div>

<p>This position is the highest level Material planning. This position responds to Customer and Program Management demand/forecasts, which drives all purchasing, manufacturing, NPI, prototyping and related engineering activities. The Master Scheduler will create and maintain a valid master schedule for material and capacities by effectively balancing supply and demand for product. This individual will face the challenge of a lack of defined processes, data integrity, and effective information systems. The Scheduler will develop, implement, and improve on processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with the customer, supply chain team and the plant organization.</p><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>MPS Job Duties (not limited to)</b></p>
<ul><li>Creates, maintains and verifies the Master Schedule and interface with customer, Program Managers, Operations and Engineering Staff, as well as Finance to resolve materials and labor constraints, backlogs and any other potential schedule interruptions.</li>
<li>Assists in the evaluation of scheduling priorities within the total site requirements needed to support fluctuating demands in sales &amp; supply.</li>
<li>Actively participates in continuous improvement of Planning and Control systems.
</li><li>Oversee the master schedule and ensure comprehensive compliance with materials requirements for prototyping and manufacturing.</li>
<li>Reviews capacity performance and recommends necessary changes as needed.</li>
<li>Creates and maintains a valid Capacity Requirements plan, supporting the Master Schedule.</li>
<li>Works with Buyer/Planners and management to provide solutions to problems in meeting the Material Plan in order to ensure that the Master Schedule is achieved.</li>
<li>As needed, supports purchase order placement and materials arrival tracking with vendors, as well as working with customer and Program Management in the approval of PO placement exceeding required thresholds, with potential risks of PPV, Excess Inventory, and any other materials exposure.</li>
<li>Prepare shortage analysis for discontinued items and coordinated exit strategy with Customer and Program Managers.</li>
<li>Create analysis of demand data to identify trends for master schedule inputs and variance reporting and waterfall interpretation.</li>
<li>Develop Master Scheduling business process; establish planning cycle and time horizons.</li>
<li>Develop scheduling methodology that delivers a stable schedule, while still delivering agility when/where needed to support customer requirements.</li>
<li>Compile and report weekly schedule metrics.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate scheduling exceptions to Customers, Operations and Program Managers.</li>
<li>Resolve demand/supply/capacity issues.</li>
<li>Maintains and is responsible for all forecast accuracy and production level loading based on supply and production capacity available</li>
<li>Creates what if scenarios.</li>
<li>ECN, ECO management.</li>
<li>Prepare excess and obsolete analysis related to ECN management, demand changes, etc.</li></ul><br>

</p><p><b>Education, Skills &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering with APICS certification.</li>
<li>8+ years experience as a Master Scheduler/Planner Buyer or equivalent.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of productive process capacity and materials planning</li>
<li>Ideal candidate must have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent Oracle 11i, MS-Excel, MS-Office and MRP knowledge is a must.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge on Kinaxis Rapid Response Advanced Planning System to assist with planning tool development/enhancement.</li>
<li>Understanding of process flows and continuous improvement</li>
<li>Experience on forward and reverse logistics (NPI, Prototyping, Direct Fulfillment &amp; Repair) is a plus</li>
