Assistant Kitchen DesignerSanoma Builders &ndash; Davie, FLSanoma Builders is a general contracting and remodeling company specializing in full-home renovations. We are looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Kitchen Designer to join our team.This position offers excellent growth potential for someone who thrives in a fun, creative, and fast-paced showroom environment. You will work closely with our lead designers, sales team, field crews, vendors, and clients to ensure the success of each project from concept to completion.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about design.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support lead designers with daily showroom operations</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding selections, approvals, payments, and scheduling</li><li>Prepare and process material orders (cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, hardware, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries</li><li>Track purchase orders and ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time</li><li>Assist with invoicing and QuickBooks entries</li><li>Maintain organized project files (digital and physical)</li><li>Update client selections and documentation</li><li>Assist with presentation boards, mood boards, and product research</li><li>Keep showroom samples organized and up to date</li><li>Provide general administrative and operational support to the design team</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma (required)</li><li>2+ years of kitchen design experience (preferred)</li><li>Secondary education in Interior Design or related field (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Active listening skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to respect and work within various budgets, styles, and client preferences</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work Location: In person
